Was a real fan for many years not now Was a real fan for many years, but wont use them again, zero customer support, really frustrating website. Feels like they have been bought out and abandoned customer care. What I ordered arrived on time and was as described. But I'm not using them again as the customer experience is shocking, like they are being advised by RyanAir on customer service

I used to shop with Wiggle and Chain… I used to shop with Wiggle and Chain Reaction a lot - in fact I got a rather handsome Nukeproof from them last summer, but something's just gone wrong. They stock very few real bike brands now, just tat like MuddyFox. Its more like SportsDirect - it's a joke. Definitely not worth it for serious cyclists - or anyone who wants gear that lasts more than a week.

Wiggle as ever has delivered great service Wiggle as ever has delivered great service and value. It’s a testament to great staff that remain motivated during this uncertain time for the company. Not all companies are the same and Wiggle stands out. I hope the new owners respect the great effort the staff have made.

Average Ordered things from Wiggle in the past and they've been good. I ordered a helmet recently and it arrived with the outer and product box crushed, most likely from the Evri delivery. I returned it due to the damage and had to pay a return fee, which is pretty unacceptable, returns for faulty items should be free. I ordered a replacement and it came quickly with no issues this time.
