Feels like they have been bought out and abandoned customer care. What I ordered arrived on time and was as described. But I'm not using them again as the customer experience is shocking, like they are being advised by RyanAir on customer service

GBAverage Ordered things from Wiggle in the past and they've been good. I ordered a helmet recently and it arrived with the outer and product box crushed, most likely from the Evri delivery. I returned it due to the damage and had to pay a return fee, which is pretty unacceptable, returns for faulty items should be free. I ordered a replacement and it came quickly with no issues this time.

GBWhat happened to my Haribo It was the usual service but didn’t get my usual sweet pack it’s the become a little Wiggle thank you for shopping with us kind of customer experience. Although I got exactly what I wanted not getting that little pack of haribo was a let down. Come on Wiggle pull your finger out

GBExcellent service I have been a customer of Wiggle for quite a few years now and, during this time, have never been disappointed. Their order/delivery process is extremely reliable and I’ve never once had any issues. A great company!
