I had a slight problem about my order being but on hold after I placed the order but they solved this issue with one email and my order arrived in a timely fashion. My massage recliner was everything I thought it would be and totally worth $330. I wish the intensity of the massage mechanism was better but it's better than others I found at this price. I can't wait to place my next order!

Disappointed I bought an inflatable turkey and it doesn't inflate right. I wrote to the company it took time to get back, then they wanted the invoice information, then they asked for a picture. Asking for the invoice ok but then a picture. I just am tired of the back and forth so I told them to forget it.

I reached out to your company days ago… Got NO RESPONSE to resolve my issue. I reached out to your company days ago to return the LH Clubs for RH clubs, I am still emailing you guys for a response. That is “POOR” customer service. I should have received instructions to return the incorrect item and when I could expect the right items. I am disappointed in the NO RESPONSE I am getting.

There were various issues with this… There were various issues with this company that had to be resolved regards to multiple e-bike purchases. I had dealt with at least 4 different customer service representatives including their manager. There is only one person who followed up and got things done! Christopher was the most professional and honest person I can say from memory of my 64 years that I have ever had the pleasure of working with. He should be elevated within the ranks of this company.
