Phone system is non functional, no call back service or answer machine , no refund, awful service. I will continue to post reviews until Someone replies!

I could not be more pleased with my… I could not be more pleased with my Shop 247 experience. I ordered a 20’X40’ event tent and it arrived quickly, as described and in good order. The most impressive part of the experience was when I realize two pole feet were missing. I contacted customer service. They were polite and quick to respond. I received the missing parts in less than a week. I look forward to additional Shop 247 experiences in the future!

Excellent MacGregor Golf Clubs, Pricing, and Speed of Delivery I ordered two golf clubs, a MacGregor Driver (adjustable loft) and a #3 Fairway Wood (also adjustable). The web site pictures were very accurate and so was the description of items received. The clubs arrived very quickly and in excellent condition. I have no qualms in recommending Shop247.com for golf purchases, especially MacGregor branded golf clubs, irons, and club sets. FIVE STARS for quality, pricing, and speed of delivery.

I was sent golf clubs for left handed… I was sent golf clubs for left handed when I ordered right handed. I need return authorization and shipping address so I can return for credit and then reorder right handed clubs.

Return request ignored. Ordered a golf bag. Wasn't quite what we expected and requested a return label and credit. Crickets!!! I called, left messages and used the Amazon return process. Based on other reviews I would say that this is typical. I wish I had checked the reviews first.
