USThis experience is the best I have… This experience is the best I have experienced in a long time! The order was delivered to my neighbors house which caused confusion but support verified with me before shipping. I was notified when it shipped and it included tracking. The even better part was how well it was packaged. I bought a gun safe. It was covered on each corner with a metal corner protector, extra heavy cardboard, wrapped around it and then the strapping tape held it tighter inside the outside shipping box arrived without a scratch!

USWrong Christmas Tree Ship I order a Christmas Tree in Sept. Didn't think to open the tree to see was it the right tree so I waited after Thanksgiving to open my Christmas tree to find out it was the wrong Christmas Tree. I supposed received a prelit tree instead they ship to me a flocked hinged tree I dont like that tree it make alot of mess and I have little kids that would put that snow stuff in they mouth. Im keep writing my review until I get the tree I order or a refund. Christmas will be here soon

USI reached out to your company days ago… Got NO RESPONSE to resolve my issue. I reached out to your company days ago to return the LH Clubs for RH clubs, I am still emailing you guys for a response. That is “POOR” customer service. I should have received instructions to return the incorrect item and when I could expect the right items. I am disappointed in the NO RESPONSE I am getting.
