Reluctant at first, but now very satisfied... At first I was reluctant to order bikes at shop247.com due to other reviews. But my own experience was good. I ordered two open box folding bikes at shop 247.com. From ordering to receiving them, everything went well, except the torn bike seat. But the costumer service responded right away. I am very satisfied with shop247.com.

Visually not appealing No directions came with order. Also the break system wiring was discounted on both the handle to the tire. I understood it’s a open box but it wasn’t visually appeal for resale in my opinion. I wish I knew it wasn’t refundable/exchangeable otherwise I would have gotten the boxed option.

Shop not answering phone or email 24/7… Shop not answering phone or email 24/7 ! Still no response from my continued request for an update via email. Phone system is non functional, no call back service or answer machine , no refund, awful service. I will continue to post reviews until Someone replies!

Wrong Christmas Tree Ship I order a Christmas Tree in Sept. Didn't think to open the tree to see was it the right tree so I waited after Thanksgiving to open my Christmas tree to find out it was the wrong Christmas Tree. I supposed received a prelit tree instead they ship to me a flocked hinged tree I dont like that tree it make alot of mess and I have little kids that would put that snow stuff in they mouth. Im keep writing my review until I get the tree I order or a refund. Christmas will be here soon
