GBGood luck with dealing with Hdo. Charged my credit card two weeks ago. No contact at all. No tracking number. Site still lists as order processing. Tried to call the so called customer service line 20 times no answer. Finally got a voicemail on the last one but box is full and you can’t even leave a message. No response to email yet either.

GBTOP NOTCH! The first words that come to mind are Top Notch. It's funny, nowadays you go into big box stores like REI and you're dealing w/ kids that are just trying to pay their college tuition that don't really know what they're selling. However when I talked to the HDO guys I got the opposite! Their knowledge was great and they got me into the best Salomon running shoes i've ever had. Good prices, good people, Thanks HDO Sport! GBHDO had a real rarity: 14N hiking boot As I have previously reviewed: The hiking boots purchase was smooth and the price was reasonable and delivery was prompt. Best of all, HDO carried a 14 Narrow boot, a real rarity.

GB3 week shipping delays? Wasn't made clear at check out. Like another reviewer noted, 3 week shipping delays, not notified of this when placing order. The slowest shipping I've experienced in years of online shopping. I could have ordered from China and it would have gotten here sooner. Still currently waiting for my order to be shipped. Order confirmation then no word for weeks.
