I haven't received my order yet since… I haven't received my order yet since December 27 2018 and still the tracking number says pre label since a week ago

Great Customer Service I ordered a pair of Prana pants from HDO Sports. They were on sale and my expected delivery was to be 3-8 days from the order date. Prana delayed the shipment for almost a month as they were in the middle of a sale. In the end, HDO gave me a 2 day shipping benefit and another 10% off. HDO was in a difficult position with the manufacturer but they kept the customer's interest first and foremost. Great Customer Service! I recommend this shop and will also tell my friends.

Good luck with dealing with Hdo. Charged my credit card two weeks ago. No contact at all. No tracking number. Site still lists as order processing. Tried to call the so called customer service line 20 times no answer. Finally got a voicemail on the last one but box is full and you can’t even leave a message. No response to email yet either.

TOP NOTCH! The first words that come to mind are Top Notch. It's funny, nowadays you go into big box stores like REI and you're dealing w/ kids that are just trying to pay their college tuition that don't really know what they're selling. However when I talked to the HDO guys I got the opposite! Their knowledge was great and they got me into the best Salomon running shoes i've ever had. Good prices, good people, Thanks HDO Sport! Godspeed!

Poor communication Orders are taking 3 weeks because of Coronavirus... Which is fine, but I would've liked to know that BEFORE I placed my order. Also, it would have been nice if I would've gotten email confirmation or information about shipping, but I had to reach out to them to even find out why orders are delayed. Their voicemail box is full and no one is answering any phone calls so you can't get ahold of anyone via telephone. I might still get my order, but the communication and customer service is lacking big time, I will not order from this company agian.
