GBDefinitely buy from Authorized dealers I bought two items within the past year that have since broke, one from this company and one from another company. The other other item (Oakley Goggles) I got a good deal on, where as the North Face backpack I got from HDO Sport I ended up paying full retail. Both orders were effortless and seamless, arriving in good time. Here's the end difference, the goggles from the other company I am completely out, turns out they are not authorized dealers (so to save $15 it ended up costing me the price of the entire item) where as the backpack HDO are authorized dealers, assisted me with the warranty claim, and went the extra mile to get North Face to replace the backpack no charge. Needless to say I am sticking to authorized dealers for big purchases from now on.

GBOutstanding customer service Had an issue with package being scanned at post office. It was showing a sipping label was created but had not been recieved at ppst office. Holly from customer service stayed in contact with me until the package was finally scanned in my town as out for delivery. Because of her going above and beyond in my opinion I will be a customer for life!!!

GBHDO had a real rarity: 14N hiking boot As I have previously reviewed: The hiking boots purchase was smooth and the price was reasonable and delivery was prompt. Best of all, HDO carried a 14 Narrow boot, a real rarity.

GBPoor communication Orders are taking 3 weeks because of Coronavirus... Which is fine, but I would've liked to know that BEFORE I placed my order. Also, it would have been nice if I would've gotten email confirmation or information about shipping, but I had to reach out to them to even find out why orders are delayed. Their voicemail box is full and no one is answering any phone calls so you can't get ahold of anyone via telephone. I might still get my order, but the communication and customer service is lacking big time, I will not order from this company agian.

GBGood luck with dealing with Hdo. Charged my credit card two weeks ago. No contact at all. No tracking number. Site still lists as order processing. Tried to call the so called customer service line 20 times no answer. Finally got a voicemail on the last one but box is full and you can’t even leave a message. No response to email yet either.
