Ordered on Jan 10 and they charged my… Updated: Upon asking to cancel my order, HDO did send my order priority. I won't order again, but it is not a scam, just an apparently overwhelmed business. Ordered on Jan 10 and they charged my card. Then nothing...no status emails, etc. I logged in and it shows the order pending for 3 WEEKS because they are overwhelmed. Starting to think this is a scam.

TOP NOTCH! The first words that come to mind are Top Notch. It's funny, nowadays you go into big box stores like REI and you're dealing w/ kids that are just trying to pay their college tuition that don't really know what they're selling. However when I talked to the HDO guys I got the opposite! Their knowledge was great and they got me into the best Salomon running shoes i've ever had. Good prices, good people, Thanks HDO Sport! Godspeed!

Poor communication Orders are taking 3 weeks because of Coronavirus... Which is fine, but I would've liked to know that BEFORE I placed my order. Also, it would have been nice if I would've gotten email confirmation or information about shipping, but I had to reach out to them to even find out why orders are delayed. Their voicemail box is full and no one is answering any phone calls so you can't get ahold of anyone via telephone. I might still get my order, but the communication and customer service is lacking big time, I will not order from this company agian.

Do not use HDO I purchased shoes two days ago and my transaction was declined. After checking my bank statement today though, the $100+ dollar charge was still processed on my account. I called HDO Sports and they had no record of this, meaning I had to contact my bank to resolve this problem. I would not recommend the HDO Sports service.

I placed an order on April 26 I placed an order on April 26, and the item hasn't even shopped yet. Their communication is terrible, their phone goes unanswered. I've placed a claim with Amazon Pay, do not place an order with this company.
