GBPoor communication Orders are taking 3 weeks because of Coronavirus... Which is fine, but I would've liked to know that BEFORE I placed my order. Also, it would have been nice if I would've gotten email confirmation or information about shipping, but I had to reach out to them to even find out why orders are delayed. Their voicemail box is full and no one is answering any phone calls so you can't get ahold of anyone via telephone. I might still get my order, but the communication and customer service is lacking big time, I will not order from this company agian.

GBDefinitely buy from Authorized dealers I bought two items within the past year that have since broke, one from this company and one from another company. The other other item (Oakley Goggles) I got a good deal on, where as the North Face backpack I got from HDO Sport I ended up paying full retail. Both orders were effortless and seamless, arriving in good time. Here's the end difference, the goggles from the other company I am completely out, turns out they are not authorized dealers (so to save $15 it ended up costing me the price of the entire item) where as the backpack HDO are authorized dealers, assisted me with the warranty claim, and went the extra mile to get North Face to replace the backpack no charge. Needless to say I am sticking to authorized dealers for big purchases from now on.

GBIf you like waiting weeks and weeks for your order I’ve ordered from this store twice. The first time, it took a week to ship the item 10 days to ship the item and over 2 weeks for it to arrive. The price was good so I decided to give them another chance... big mistake. I emailed customer service after waiting a week without notice. In the reply, they state that my order will be delayed 3 weeks due to volume of sales and that I should have been notified at checkout (I was not notified at checkout). This is absolutely ridiculous because there is no way this is due to having too many sales. Today will be 3 weeks since placing my order and still no shipping notice. No way will I give them my business again.

GBGreat Customer Service I ordered a pair of Prana pants from HDO Sports. They were on sale and my expected delivery was to be 3-8 days from the order date. Prana delayed the shipment for almost a month as they were in the middle of a sale. In the end, HDO gave me a 2 day shipping benefit and another 10% off. HDO was in a difficult position with the manufacturer but they kept the customer's interest first and foremost. Great Customer Service! I recommend this shop and will also tell my friends.
