GBDo not use HDO I purchased shoes two days ago and my transaction was declined. After checking my bank statement today though, the $100+ dollar charge was still processed on my account. I called HDO Sports and they had no record of this, meaning I had to contact my bank to resolve this problem. I would not recommend the HDO Sports service.

GB3 week shipping delays? Wasn't made clear at check out. Like another reviewer noted, 3 week shipping delays, not notified of this when placing order. The slowest shipping I've experienced in years of online shopping. I could have ordered from China and it would have gotten here sooner. Still currently waiting for my order to be shipped. Order confirmation then no word for weeks.

GBGood luck with dealing with Hdo. Charged my credit card two weeks ago. No contact at all. No tracking number. Site still lists as order processing. Tried to call the so called customer service line 20 times no answer. Finally got a voicemail on the last one but box is full and you can’t even leave a message. No response to email yet either.
