GBHDO had a real rarity: 14N hiking boot As I have previously reviewed: The hiking boots purchase was smooth and the price was reasonable and delivery was prompt. Best of all, HDO carried a 14 Narrow boot, a real rarity.

GB3 week shipping delays? Wasn't made clear at check out. Like another reviewer noted, 3 week shipping delays, not notified of this when placing order. The slowest shipping I've experienced in years of online shopping. I could have ordered from China and it would have gotten here sooner. Still currently waiting for my order to be shipped. Order confirmation then no word for weeks.

GBPoor communication Orders are taking 3 weeks because of Coronavirus... Which is fine, but I would've liked to know that BEFORE I placed my order. Also, it would have been nice if I would've gotten email confirmation or information about shipping, but I had to reach out to them to even find out why orders are delayed. Their voicemail box is full and no one is answering any phone calls so you can't get ahold of anyone via telephone. I might still get my order, but the communication and customer service is lacking big time, I will not order from this company agian.

GBTOP NOTCH! The first words that come to mind are Top Notch. It's funny, nowadays you go into big box stores like REI and you're dealing w/ kids that are just trying to pay their college tuition that don't really know what they're selling. However when I talked to the HDO guys I got the opposite! Their knowledge was great and they got me into the best Salomon running shoes i've ever had. Good prices, good people, Thanks HDO Sport! Godspeed!
