If you like waiting weeks and weeks for your order I’ve ordered from this store twice. The first time, it took a week to ship the item 10 days to ship the item and over 2 weeks for it to arrive. The price was good so I decided to give them another chance... big mistake. I emailed customer service after waiting a week without notice. In the reply, they state that my order will be delayed 3 weeks due to volume of sales and that I should have been notified at checkout (I was not notified at checkout). This is absolutely ridiculous because there is no way this is due to having too many sales. Today will be 3 weeks since placing my order and still no shipping notice. No way will I give them my business again.

Ordered on Jan 10 and they charged my… Updated: Upon asking to cancel my order, HDO did send my order priority. I won't order again, but it is not a scam, just an apparently overwhelmed business. Ordered on Jan 10 and they charged my card. Then nothing...no status emails, etc. I logged in and it shows the order pending for 3 WEEKS because they are overwhelmed. Starting to think this is a scam.

3 week shipping delays? Wasn't made clear at check out. Like another reviewer noted, 3 week shipping delays, not notified of this when placing order. The slowest shipping I've experienced in years of online shopping. I could have ordered from China and it would have gotten here sooner. Still currently waiting for my order to be shipped. Order confirmation then no word for weeks.

Outstanding customer service Had an issue with package being scanned at post office. It was showing a sipping label was created but had not been recieved at ppst office. Holly from customer service stayed in contact with me until the package was finally scanned in my town as out for delivery. Because of her going above and beyond in my opinion I will be a customer for life!!!

Terrible to work with Terrible to work with. They do not tell you that there is a delay in fulfilling the order, 10-15 days. Then they provide a tracking number, that does not track anything. Saying that it will update when arrives at its destination. It is been about 3-4 weeks of nothing but troubles with this company.
