Holds up well I've had multiple electronic bikes in the past and most of them come up with some sort of issue within the first month of using it. Pleasantly surprised these ones are as good as new after using them for a few months, so it's definitely been good value so far.

I recieved my Mega the other day I recieved my Mega the other day. Came in perfect shape. Arrived much sooner than expected. Noreeka kept me updated through the build process each week. Great value for what you get compared to other brands out there. Raining so haven't given it a good road test. But seems to work just fine. Had an issue but Noreeka got back to me right away and resolved my issue with in an hour after posting on my account. Ordered July 28 and received November 4. Was pretty concerned about sending 5k to a company and hoping to see something some day. But no worries dealing with Noreeka.

This company is a scam This company is a scam! They have no idea how Business Practices and Consumer Protection Act works , don't buy from them or at least do it via Paypal, when you pay with paypal they accept the Paypal's terms and conditions , this is the only way to get a refund!

Total Scam Placed my $4k order in August 2023 with a delivery date of “November”. After November was gone, I attempted to cancel my order since they didn’t meet their part of the agreement. The bike was not even ready, let alone shipped (6 more weeks of shipping) at that point. They had the nerve to refuse to cancel my order, effectively hijacking my money. Seriously? In this day and age? I had to go through a 1+ month long bank dispute, documentation, etc. They held my money hostage. BUYER BEWARE. This is a scam. Borderline if not passed the threshold of fraud. Thankfully, I used a credit card with purchase protection, and I won. My advice is to avoid this company like the plague.
