Excellent service and product EVO was our third card provider over the course of 7 years and the only positive one. Our previous suppliers were misleading on cost and functionality leaving us out of pocket and tied into contracts we didn't want. EVO we're completely different, the rates and monthly costs were exactly as promised and on the rare few occasions I need to speak to thier technical support they were responsive and helpful. They even worked with our epos and web supplier to integrate payments. Would 100% recommend.

Don't bother with their price matching If you find a great price somewhere just jump on it and DON'T submit a price match request to these people. If it is too low for their taste they will simply come up with silly excuses as to why they can't meet or beat said price, and in the the meantime, while you've been waiting for them to respond, the item you wanted will sell out at that great price from the original vendor, leaving you totally out of luck. Guess how I know this...

Great way to get high quality… Great way to get high quality wakeboarding equipment at a very reasonable price. Shipping is always very fast and their customer service is super helpful with lots of product knowledge and easy to work with

Waste of time and Money Placed order before Thanksgiving, it has been 3 weeks with no updates. I have ordered multiple items from other sites since then and received my goods in normal shipping times, yet not even an update email from Evo. No one is available for customer service phone support, the support chat is terrible and useless. They advertise the chat as supported by live agents but is very clearly a bot that doesn't even function. Have sent multiple emails to customer care with no responses. Trust the reviews and do not ever buy from this horrible company.

17 days since order - nothing! 17 days since order, no product, no tracking. Check status on website, nothing. Call and automated voice says wait time is 3 minutes, then 5, then 10 (how does it keep going up?). Chat and automated response says "swift response", leave chat up and 3+ hours later no response. Sent email and no response yet. Ordered from Backcountry, Moosejaw and REI on same or later dates and have all my stuff, even returned and received replacement from one. Order from those companies, not evo.
