Understaffed and unresponsive Customer… Understaffed and unresponsive Customer "Service". Their product fulfillment is awful. Ordered a product 2 weeks ago, no updates, no emails (except of-course more promo emails trying to get me to buy more gear that they aren't going to send to me), no service. How an eComm company is this unprepared for Holiday shopping is beyond me. Never will buy from them again.

Be aware , fraudulent activity There is no any policy ,all rules and policy's were violated , customers service on phone very negative and talking with customers as a borrowers . Returned items, never get refund , send them every proof they requested , but never get back from them !Dispute transaction and won! Be aware

The customer service rep I spoke with was awesome-- she was super nice, easy to order with, and honored the code for me, I was impressed with the service.
