Do business elsewhere I went out of my to find somewhere to post a review about this company. Perhaps prevent someone else from making the same mistake I did by trusting their word. They bait and switched the 300 cc model with the 200 cc model and then proceeded to gaslight me about price, promised a military discount and refused to honor it, promised residential delivery on multiple occasions, despite never intending to follow through, left me hanging with a half ton crate in a distribution center over an hour away. Forced to spend hundreds more in transport fees. After all that, the product is a 1,000lb paper weight. Spent 2 days assembling the utv with directions that are nothing short of laughable, and with all that, the darn thing does not run.

Email stated to change the shipping address and reorder with is exactly what I did. I get a text from a 925 area code number accusing me of fraud! I sent a picture of my CA license that matched my Credit card info. When I tried calling back the number from the text he responded w don't call. Rude, disrespectful, and offensive. Spend your money elsewhere. All I was trying to do was buy my grandson a go kart and I get accused of being a fraud from this clown.
