BUYER BEWARE APPEARS TO BE THE SAME ISSUES I WAS TOLD ORDER CANCELLED 3 TIMES AND 2 CARDS I HAVE 780 PLUS CREVERYDIT AND ACCUSED OF FRAUD. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. THE AGENT TOLD ME ECHECK WAS THE ONLY OPTION. THIS MEANS THAT PRODUCT IS DAMAGED OR JUNK AND CREDIT CARDS ALLOW CANCELATION SO THEY WONT ALLOW CREDIT. THIS IS WHY PRODUCT IS SO CHEAP THEY ARE SELLING INFERIOR PRODUCTBUYER BEWARE !!!! .

BEWARE UNSAFE GOKART WELDS BROKE 1 1/2 year old trailmaster mid XRX falling apart so many welds have broke I am mind blow these are even being sold! Not hard use either my kids were 8 and 10 yrs old and 5 welds have broke on the frame very poor quality and service very disappointed with gokartsusa would not recommend 2000$++ down the drain they are not to be trusted unsafe for kids

Do not order from this company Do not order from this company. If you ever need any assistance after purchase you will not be able to speak with a human. Go kart came with broken lights, contacted customer service (through text, only way to communicate with them) and they push you off to manufacturer who cannot speak English. Please go to your local Go-kart dealer to make a purchase. Even if the price tag is higher, you won’t pay $300 for shipping and no customer service.

If your a dealer this manufacturer has… If your a dealer this manufacturer has absolutely the worst customer service you will ever experienced I promise.. selling this brand has cost us countless amount of man hours because customers don’t want to pay because they owned the cart for 5 seconds and something is already broke due to defect in machine they won’t even pay labor for any defects that the unit was sold with.. example I had a customer that the motor was smoking badly they day he bought it they said they will send a new motor but cust is to pay labor well now the customer is paying 900 dollars extra for something that is a straight defect.. Robert Belmont and Arron can’t even read a manual to help give tech support.. absolutely garbage I will never use them again

Poor customer service and a return at… Poor customer service and a return at their leisure return policy that they charge a restocking fee for. Don’t waste your time here, do your research, check Amazon, or find the part anywhere else but here!!!! For the record I am a certified technician.
