USBuyer Beware! I bought a Trailmaster Blazer 200R before Christmas which was supposed to be a Christmas present but did not get it until January thanks to COVID. The brand new lead sealed acid battery died after the first week. Called customer support and they claim its considered wear and tear so its not covered under warranty even though its BRAND NEW! Also the choke cable does not open fully when you pull it. Not happy with this company and they DO NOT stand by the product they sell!

USNever Again! I will NEVER order from this company again! Ordered in December.. thru various emails and text messages was told Kart would ship this week or next week.. status says order is being fulfilled.. yet when I messaged them they are now saying mid To late April before my daughter gets her Christmas gift. RIDICULOUS!

USI placed my order I placed my order, Gokarts usa communicated with me throughout the process. They answered all of my questions, and kept me updated on the order. They shipped on actual date, I believe it would have arrived sooner due to holidays. It came before the holiday, totally Awesome! Thanks again GoKart Usa, #I'llbeeback

USGo Kart is awesome! Ordering was easy (just pay attention to slight differences in products) but due to COVID shipping was slower than normal. And of course we were impatient due to excitement. But the Go Kart is awesome! We ordered ours partially assembled so the little assembly that was left for us was easy and manageable. My wife actually put it together and left the initial fluid changes and start up to me. Our son absolutely LOVES it and so do we!

USPour example of customer service Pour example of customer service, no one to talk to. Part was sapost to be on hand wasn't. Wanted to cancel order nl one would return call. After several attempts to talk to someone and no return call requested to cancel order, with no response part came two days later. Wrong part.
