GBIf your a dealer this manufacturer has… If your a dealer this manufacturer has absolutely the worst customer service you will ever experienced I promise.. selling this brand has cost us countless amount of man hours because customers don’t want to pay because they owned the cart for 5 seconds and something is already broke due to defect in machine they won’t even pay labor for any defects that the unit was sold with.. example I had a customer that the motor was smoking badly they day he bought it they said they will send a new motor but cust is to pay labor well now the customer is paying 900 dollars extra for something that is a straight defect.. Robert Belmont and Arron can’t even read a manual to help give tech support.. absolutely garbage I will never use them again

GBThe customer support team is phenomenal I really appreciate how helpful the customer support team is. They helped me from beginning to end. And it didn't even feel like they were hard-selling me! They just gave me all the information I needed. This is what customer support teams should strive to be! No pushy hard-selling, just honestly helping customers out.

GBPour example of customer service Pour example of customer service, no one to talk to. Part was sapost to be on hand wasn't. Wanted to cancel order nl one would return call. After several attempts to talk to someone and no return call requested to cancel order, with no response part came two days later. Wrong part.

GBGo Kart is awesome! Ordering was easy (just pay attention to slight differences in products) but due to COVID shipping was slower than normal. And of course we were impatient due to excitement. But the Go Kart is awesome! We ordered ours partially assembled so the little assembly that was left for us was easy and manageable. My wife actually put it together and left the initial fluid changes and start up to me. Our son absolutely LOVES it and so do we!

GBBuyer Beware! I bought a Trailmaster Blazer 200R before Christmas which was supposed to be a Christmas present but did not get it until January thanks to COVID. The brand new lead sealed acid battery died after the first week. Called customer support and they claim its considered wear and tear so its not covered under warranty even though its BRAND NEW! Also the choke cable does not open fully when you pull it. Not happy with this company and they DO NOT stand by the product they sell!
