Do not order from this company Do not order from this company. If you ever need any assistance after purchase you will not be able to speak with a human. Go kart came with broken lights, contacted customer service (through text, only way to communicate with them) and they push you off to manufacturer who cannot speak English. Please go to your local Go-kart dealer to make a purchase. Even if the price tag is higher, you won’t pay $300 for shipping and no customer service.

TrailMaster Cheetah 8 Youth Gokart I ordered a Cheetah 8 Gokart was told 30-60 days or more for delivery(Covid-the fiasco at the Suez canal) I figured it would be more. It was delivered 28 days later which was awesome. Paid for it to be mostly assembled from the factory, slight hiccup it came unassembled but since I turn wrenches for a living it was no problem. I emailed them and they refunded me the assembly fee. Honest and reliable I would recommend them to anyone looking for gokart or atv.

The customer support team is phenomenal I really appreciate how helpful the customer support team is. They helped me from beginning to end. And it didn't even feel like they were hard-selling me! They just gave me all the information I needed. This is what customer support teams should strive to be! No pushy hard-selling, just honestly helping customers out.

Never Again! I will NEVER order from this company again! Ordered in December.. thru various emails and text messages was told Kart would ship this week or next week.. status says order is being fulfilled.. yet when I messaged them they are now saying mid To late April before my daughter gets her Christmas gift. RIDICULOUS!
