Go kart came with broken lights, contacted customer service (through text, only way to communicate with them) and they push you off to manufacturer who cannot speak English. Please go to your local Go-kart dealer to make a purchase. Even if the price tag is higher, you won’t pay $300 for shipping and no customer service.

If your a dealer this manufacturer has… If your a dealer this manufacturer has absolutely the worst customer service you will ever experienced I promise.. selling this brand has cost us countless amount of man hours because customers don’t want to pay because they owned the cart for 5 seconds and something is already broke due to defect in machine they won’t even pay labor for any defects that the unit was sold with.. example I had a customer that the motor was smoking badly they day he bought it they said they will send a new motor but cust is to pay labor well now the customer is paying 900 dollars extra for something that is a straight defect.. Robert Belmont and Arron can’t even read a manual to help give tech support.. absolutely garbage I will never use them again

Prices are low and transparent The prices are reasonable, and the prices are honest. No hidden fees. In a lot of other stores, I initially think I'm getting a bargain because of how low the prices are. However, a lot of other sites have tons of hidden fees that make your purchase way more expensive than what you were planning to spend. Very happy to say that this site has absolutely no hidden fees

Avoid this company at all costs Avoid this company at all costs. The phone staff is arrogant and the minute you press them on holding them accountable for their responsibilities, they will hang up on you and block your calls. It’s good to know this before you make a purchase. I found a much more friendly company to order my products from and they are much more responsive. You will notice also, they say their customer service hours are Monday through Friday on their website but when you call they say they’re only Monday through Thursday. This, of course, is the least of my worries, but just another point of their disorganization.

Unreliable Seller - Possibly scammers in 2023 Selling items they are unable to fulfill. Save yourself the heartache and buy from a more reliable vendor who actually has the items they are selling. Had to contact bank and it took close to 3 weeks for them to refund my payment.
