BUYER BEWARE APPEARS TO BE THE SAME ISSUES I WAS TOLD ORDER CANCELLED 3 TIMES AND 2 CARDS I HAVE 780 PLUS CREVERYDIT AND ACCUSED OF FRAUD. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. THE AGENT TOLD ME ECHECK WAS THE ONLY OPTION. THIS MEANS THAT PRODUCT IS DAMAGED OR JUNK AND CREDIT CARDS ALLOW CANCELATION SO THEY WONT ALLOW CREDIT. Go kart came with broken lights, contacted customer service (through text, only way to communicate with them) and they push you off to manufacturer who cannot speak English. Please go to your local Go-kart dealer to make a purchase. Even if the price tag is higher, you won’t pay $300 for shipping and no customer service.

I placed my order I placed my order, Gokarts usa communicated with me throughout the process. They answered all of my questions, and kept me updated on the order. Unreliable Seller - Possibly scammers in 2023 Selling items they are unable to fulfill. Save yourself the heartache and buy from a more reliable vendor who actually has the items they are selling. Had to contact bank and it took close to 3 weeks for them to refund my payment.

Never Again! I will NEVER order from this company again! Ordered in December.. thru various emails and text messages was told Kart would ship this week or next week.. status says order is being fulfilled.. yet when I messaged them they are now saying mid To late April before my daughter gets her Christmas gift. RIDICULOUS!
