Fantastic Fantastic! I placed my order, received confirmation of shipping later that day, and the item was delivered within about 3 days! Awesome as this was a birthday present for my daughter who’s away at school.

Poor Quality While the company was efficient in both the ordering and delivery processes, the ornament (NY Mets station wagon with Christmas Tree) was so poorly painted that I will not use it. To be honest, it looked like a preschooler's best effort..... without any of the cuteness little ones' works hold. I will not order again...and would not recommend the company. The MLB "Official" product label is embarrassing.

You will never be able to speak to a live representative..I have contact my lawyer to take full legal actions against them for scamming me out of alot of money when I was making my first purchases online.....STAY AWAYYYYYYYY FROM THEM TRUST ME
