Brilliant product I waited over a year for my Stark bike .. It finally arrived about two weeks ago and I have to say it’s brilliant .. It far exceeds expectations . Very well made and an excellent specification ... The year wait was very frustrating indeed as any meaningful and specific customer liaison was poor to say the least ...However , in view of the quality product now received , all this can be forgiven ... Only negative now is that there are no instructions in respect of the electronic controls ... I’m still trying to figure a few out .. I strongly recommend this bike as a good buy

I bought into the Stark Drive startup… I bought into the Stark Drive startup and having been involved with other such ventures I knew some what to expect. BUT. Since having been an investor in this startup Ive not been subject to any kind of after delivery customer service. The battery for the bike they sent me is faulty and can i get any kind of corespondence out of the company? no non. I am having difficulties with Stark Drive and its owner and it seems anyone at this company gives a hoot about its backers / customers. Stark Drive, you can report this post in under 5 minutes??? look after your customers the same will you. REPLY FROM Stark Drive....... Cont. They write... Thank you for the review however we had already contacted you and informed you a new battery could be sent out if you were to send back your existing one for analysis, !!!! My Reply, You only contacted me because I had posted how I felt on Trust pilot, so dont say you had already contacted me. Thats a lie. They also write........ we have already done this is a very few other cases but you refused to send your pack, there is unfortunately nothing we can do if you do not follow our warranty procedures. My Reply,,,,, What are you trying to say in the first half of this paragraph? it does not make sense, and yes I refused to send back my battery under your warranty as you expected me to ( in your words ) wait while the battery was sent back to the manufacturer for analysis! leaving me with a useless and un use-able product, for how long? I was'nt willing to find out as your RSVP process to questions is very very lapsed, not taking into account the amount of time it takes your company to send articles by post or courier. I will source a new battery for my bike that has a useful warranty process.

Poor Customer Service My Experience with Stark Drive has been very Bad! Their Email responses are vague and not Informative! The best part about this company is the Bike itself, The Bike is of great quality However, I know a bit about running a Business and one thing I learned is take Criticism as a Positive to Improve and they do the exact opposite of that! They refuse to respond to any of the other Backers who are also frustrated! They need to fix a lot things if they even expect to stay around! I mean what kind of company refuses to help their Customers? Other then that the Bike is Amazing! Very well built and works great! 4 stars for the Bike, Improve on Customer Service and I'll add a star

Terrible experience Terrible experience. Battery hasn’t lasted more than a few months. This product is cheap for good reasons. The Stark bike didn’t include delivery so became a very expensive ordeal with Customs duties etc. They ask for a delivery address then only deliver to the nearest port.

Great value electric bike Good quality, well built and easy to assemble bike. Delays are expected with many Kickstarter and crowd funded projects but I appreciated Oscar keeping us updated and being honest. Great value!
