I purchased 2 bikes I purchased 2 bikes. Dealing with The service team was good. They react quickly to my questions and worked hard to make sure I was happy. Jim was a pleasure to deal with. Only issue I had was with the transport companies they used. Neither communicated well about delivery. My TBR7 was dropped and had minor damage. Superior responded and provided credit for parts and send a replacement piece, Would buy from them again.

Customer Service is next to non-existent North Central West Virginia Disabled Veteran. TBR7 Shipping= triple tree took blunt force from a crate collapse, making 5 of 6 bolt heads strip. Back brake linkage wasn't included. Out of the blue the chain pops off and wrecked the rear sprocket bolt heads and bent sprocket. I'M a Veteran and hoped to talk some of my fellow Vets into giving this bike a shot. As the prior owner of a KLR 250 & DRZ400 DO YOURSELF A FAVOR and order elsewhere or just get a gas bicycle. Customer Service has no clue. I would like a total replacement or refund. 66 miles and I'm ready to push it over and set it on fire. Hooorah I got GOT!

DO NOT buy from this company DO NOT buy from this company. I purchased a Tao 200 quad for my son's birthday and received it. Put it together and the gear shift is broken. It will not go into gear. Their customer service is horrific. Told my wife since she's a female that she doesn't know what she's talking about. Said a mechanic needed to assemble the quad. Guess what? I'm an ASE certified technician. Will not respond. Will not honor the warranty, I am going to have to take legal action. These guys are crooks. STAY FAR AWAY!!

We received our son gk110 7 months ago… We received our son gk110 7 months ago and freaking love it. I wish superior powersports was around when i was a kid. They sell affordable reliable fun. This thing really great my kid has a blast riding around our area. All the little bratty neighbors kids are jealous. I do wish they made an adult size so i could join in the fun and laugh at the parents too as they choke on my dust when i drive bye ✌️. Anyways i just noticed the email offering a chance to win $100 towards my next purchase and would love to use that get myself something this Christmas so we can ride as a family.

They also refuse to answer your phone calls And will block you and you will never hear a call back just like all the other reviewer’s. I have the same problem I purchased a scooter it will not start now they refused to answer the phone so I called my credit card company and canceled I refuse to pay!
