unit was dropped during some point in… unit was dropped during some point in shipping , carburetor is not able to be adjusted , seat does not stay locked down , tried to attempt to reach customer service , but hard to deal with , says carb is fine from a pic, Lol... unit does not idle and carburetor has no idle circuit to adjust , mixture and idle screw does not even reach throttle plate ….carb defective ,

Customer Service is next to non-existent North Central West Virginia Disabled Veteran. TBR7 Shipping= triple tree took blunt force from a crate collapse, making 5 of 6 bolt heads strip. Back brake linkage wasn't included. Out of the blue the chain pops off and wrecked the rear sprocket bolt heads and bent sprocket. I'M a Veteran and hoped to talk some of my fellow Vets into giving this bike a shot. As the prior owner of a KLR 250 & DRZ400 DO YOURSELF A FAVOR and order elsewhere or just get a gas bicycle. Customer Service has no clue. I would like a total replacement or refund. 66 miles and I'm ready to push it over and set it on fire. Hooorah I got GOT!

They delivered me the wrong atv They delivered me the wrong atv. Instead of trying to fix problem probably they just offered a money settlement of difference of prices of atv s. They are underhanded and lie. They should be put out of business. I’m glad Virginia doesn’t have people doing business like that. Find another company to represent.

I purchased 2 bikes I purchased 2 bikes. Dealing with The service team was good. They react quickly to my questions and worked hard to make sure I was happy. Jim was a pleasure to deal with. Only issue I had was with the transport companies they used. Neither communicated well about delivery. My TBR7 was dropped and had minor damage. Superior responded and provided credit for parts and send a replacement piece, Would buy from them again.

Bad delivery experience Just recieved the taotao 500 watt scooter, came scratched and damaged. Bunker doesn't work keys were missing, most likey fell out since the scooter comes in a metal cage that has no bottom, left side has a huge crack and it toke my 4 frustrating hours to assemble. Do not reccomend buying from here.
