GBWrong style, Wrong size! Box labeled “USED”! I received the incorrect order in the mail. Wrong style of shoe, wrong size and the box sent to me was labeled “used”! I did not order a used pair of sneakers! I’ve reached out to Grivet Outdoor to return this order and gotten no response. My order info does not come up in their Return menu.

GBneedlessly complicated shipping and payment process The order went through but I was unable to use a visa gift card because it didn’t have my name on it. I was able to use it on amazon later. When entering the delivery address it kept defaulting to my home address rather than the address that I would be staying at for the holidays, necessitating several re-tries. Otherwise it went well

GBOrdered what I wanted, they send whatever they wanted. Ordered a pair of shoes that were in stock.. the color i wanted.. in stock. order goes through, received confirmation. Ordered same shoe different color from a different website right after this purchase, received in 2 days. Purchase from Grivet took about a week to receive.. and wasn't the same color I ordered.. WASN'T EVEN THE CORRECT SHOE. They sold out of the size and color I wanted so instead of a call just threw a pair of any old shoe in any color they felt they thought i would like from the 5 minutes i spent on their website they figured they knew my tastes from all the stuff we been through together.. so long story short call in advance DO NOT USE ONLINE ORDERING make sure they have what you want in front of them or just get whatever they feel you should have.. then have to go through the ordeal of sending their shipment back to them and still not get what you want in the first place.

GBVery Dissatisfied To be honest, ordering and shipping went smoothly and quickly... Then, things took a turn for the worst. I had ordered size 10.5 and the sticker on the shoe box said 10.5. Upon opening the box, I discovered that both shoes were a size 9.5. Someone decided not to check inside the box before shipping (rookie mistake). I needed the shoes right away so I called Grivet. The rep who answered was zero help and told me just to follow return shipping instructions online. He did say I could return them to the closest store (400 miles away). I requested that the correct size be sent to me right away but Grivet would not do that until they receive the shoes back. I returned the shoes with Grivet's UPS label but unfortunately, that shipping takes a week to get back to Grivet! Why so long? I was not offered a discount or any help. There was also no option online to exchange the shoes for the correct size. The only option is return. This should be changed right away! In a nutshell, I still don't have the shoes I ordered and its been over 2 weeks! I am very dissatisfied and I feel I should be compensated in some way...

GBI ordered a pair of five fingers I ordered a pair of five fingers. My new shoes were a little tight at first but fit better the longer I wear them. The delivery was frustrating because I received two day delivery but the tracking never showed my order leaving the transfer facility. My order showed up after 4 days.
