GBOrder Canceled Slow to Refund My order was canceled because they didn’t have the item but I was not credited. It’s 2024 get inventory software that works. Update: was refunded days later.

GBUnethical and poor customer service I ordered a suitcase and within two hours my order was cancelled with no explaination. I wrote customer service as i thought this might be a mistake and was given a vague answer that the order "couldnt be processed". I asked if the bag was still available and that email was ignored so i went online and saw that in fact it was but they had raised the price $80.00. I wrote them once more and told them my findings and was told they "were not obligated to fill it" and it was the manufacturers fault as to why they couldnt sell it to me at the price i bought it for. What kind of customer service is this? It was your mistake! Dont blame someone else and say oh to bad for you! No other attempts were made to accomodate the situation or credit me towards another purchase.Extremely poor and unethical.I would NEVER recommend them or purchased from them again! If i could give you zero stars I would for shady business practices.

GBThis could be great. I thought I scored on a pair of sneakers I had not seen anywhere else, that I liked for the style and orthopedic benefit, at a competitive price, but one shoe is hitting the side, maybe from imperfect manufacturing. I kept them. I hope the inserts the store sent with the order will stretch the shoe adequately.
