GBVery Dissatisfied To be honest, ordering and shipping went smoothly and quickly... Then, things took a turn for the worst. I had ordered size 10.5 and the sticker on the shoe box said 10.5. Upon opening the box, I discovered that both shoes were a size 9.5. Someone decided not to check inside the box before shipping (rookie mistake). I needed the shoes right away so I called Grivet. The rep who answered was zero help and told me just to follow return shipping instructions online. He did say I could return them to the closest store (400 miles away). I requested that the correct size be sent to me right away but Grivet would not do that until they receive the shoes back. I returned the shoes with Grivet's UPS label but unfortunately, that shipping takes a week to get back to Grivet! Why so long? I was not offered a discount or any help. There was also no option online to exchange the shoes for the correct size. The only option is return. This should be changed right away! In a nutshell, I still don't have the shoes I ordered and its been over 2 weeks! I am very dissatisfied and I feel I should be compensated in some way...

GBI ordered a winter coat before Black…r. I ordered a winter coat before Black Friday and I just now got an email saying that they no longer can fulfill it. Very upset. I missed out on Black Friday sales. Very poor customer service.

GBGrivet is a pseudonym for Amazon Grivet is a pseudonym for Amazon. Ordered from Grivet, received it from Amazon. I could've ordered it cheaper from amazon but wanted to support a smaller business. *** the next day, the email and phone number I provided got spammed hardcore for a week. not happy with that at all.

GBWould not price adjust an order within… Would not price adjust an order within 30 days of purchase…customer service just blew me off. The bag I purchased dropped $20.00 and they would not offer a credit or discount coupon….

GBIt again I do not like websites where you place an order, they charge your card, then a few days later send an email stating no longer available.
