well-practiced ebay scammers... beware. Because they are members of the ebay global shipping program they can contradict their shipping info without reprisal from ebay. When i asked for a golf shaft to be combined they refused claiming a bunch of misinformation prevents them from doing that. They wanted 30 bucks to ship each shaft! Scaaaaaaamers. There you go, Jamie, i guess it wasn't 25 bucks a piece after all. Don't support slamming ebay sellers, people. These people are the dregs. So rude and combative on the phone, unreasonable, and they screened phone calls beforhad even confirmed that i wanted to cancel the transaction. Pure losers.e i

Liars and don't bother trying to make things right I placed an order through their ebay store front. 5 days later they say item was mispriced, so they instead asked me to 'cancel' the order so that it doesn't look bad for them (and they get back their fees). Said for my trouble they would offer me 9% off... Wow, you are asking me to pay more than double what it was originally offered at. I responded to them that i still wanted the item and then was ignored. They just went ahead and cancelled my order and stated the reason that 'the buyer requested cancellation' - which was a lie to take away my ability to provide feedback on this transaction and violate ebay policy. Take business elsewhere.

Non- stop spam machine I ordered a retirement gift for a cowoker 2.5 years ago. About 6 months later, I started receiving 1-2 emails a day. I unsubscribed. I contacted support. This company understands NOTHING about customer service. I doubt they care about 1 star ratings, but at least now you know what you're signing up for...

Pleasantly Surprised I was hesitant to make such an expensive order from a site I had never heard of, and honestly when I see ads from Facebook marketplace, I get even more weary, but GolfEtail has pleasantly surprised me. Most of the other reviews that were negative were typically apparel related, or customer stupidity by ordering the wrong thing and then getting mad at the site. I ordered a set of Cobra King F8 irons and a King F8 Driver. I paid just shy of 400$ less than what the local Golf Galaxy was charging for the same set of clubs. I received the order in 9 days (shipping said 6-10) and all the clubs were exactly what I ordered. Will be buying from this site again. Don't let the bad reviews fool you, retail customers aren't always right.

wow...looks like i am not the only one… wow...looks like i am not the only one with an issue with GolfEtail. I ordered a "softshell" sweatshirt and the item arrived as a regular sweatshirt - i called to return the item and the person wasn't helpful that answered and didn't follow through with sending me an email to complete the return. I have also emailed their "support" email address with no answer. He told me that return would be $4, but when I try to process only I am redirected to PayPal for $13 with no option to make a change....very underwhelming experience.
