About a year later, I realized that I wanted to break into the software development world and I reached out to him for advice. Even though they specialize it senior leadership placements, he has spoken to me several times about my options and what I can do to break into the field. Awesome experience, highly recommended I'm usually wary of recruiters, but working with Mike and Kofi Group was an awesome experience. Few recruiters have that combination of technical knowledge, insight, and energy that he brought to the table.
