Very Impressed! I am sometimes wary of dealing with recruiters, because many of them only care about the placement and nothing else. However, I was very impressed with the professionalism Kofi Group showed in speaking with me about my career goals, and what I was looking for in my next position. The conversations were always polite, and never pushy or intimidating. It did take a little while, but when they finally called back, the position they informed me about was almost exactly what I was looking for! I went on one interview, and the job offer came days afterwards. They even offered career advice after they placed me. This recruiting agency goes above and beyond for both the client and the candidate, which is a rare find these days. He worked with me to prepare for the interview, and helped set up a time with that worked in both the company’s and in my schedule. I had a few follow up questions that, and he helped me set up a follow up discussion with the company to get them answered. He was extremely responsive and helpful.
