USVery Poor Customer Service I ordered the book Bruce Lee in Black Belt Magazine several weeks ago. It arrived with the cover almost completely torn off and it was not damaged in shipping, it was in this condition from the publisher. After many emails for over a week now, with the Acquistion Marketing and VIP Customer Service Reps promising to replace the book, a new one has not been shipped and I doubt they plan to do so.

USCentury is Century is, by far, the most concrete source for martial arts equipment. I have attempted using other websites such as Sakura Martial Arts and all have failed to provide the quality of product as promptly and completely. It should be noted, however, that I have had some shipping complications, though I have no doubts that I will be pleased by the products when they arrive.

CAWorst supply company for m.a, EVER ! Worst supply company for m.a. of all time ! They sent me defective sparring boots, then, Jake Merrill, a supervisor, refused to admit it was defective ! Finally, they were supposed to issue me a credit of $ 42.84. Its now MArch 31st and still no refund, two months later. He then debits my card a SECOND TIME, then yells and shouts at me when I complained to him, then, he hangs up on me. Century owes me 85.68 and I have no idea if I am going to get a refund and when. Called their office a third time and they cannot get a hold of a supervisor. Horrible, horrible, company, avoid them at all costs ! Master R.J. Smith, 7th Dan ITF, (previous customer since 1996).

USHorrible place to work. A YEAR BEHIND ON PRODUCTS There have workers they been at the Midwest location for years but in unhealthy competition with each other. They make it very uncomfortable for new co workers with favoritism and seperation. They belittle them and gossip. The environment is very unprofessional. There is no manual available for the industrial machinery, they do not train properly on HOW to fully do the job and lack communication. You just thrown in there and expected to function with high productivity. The energy is so heavy at the Midwest City location that new coworkers eat in there cars or fear SPEAKING up due to fear of losing there job/ unnecessary verbal abuse. The company doesn't address the issues, either you comply or get fired with no real reason. When the problem is upon them they eliminate.

GBScammers TL:DR: no goods received, ever changing “tracking” data. Suspect scam. I ordered online back in the first week of December and used the “pay by PayPal” option. I received an order confirmation with a delivery date. It was only when this date had passed and I emailed them, that Century told me they hadn’t received my payment because I had sent it to the wrong PayPal address (I used the link on their own order form!). Finally got payment sorted and the good are despatched. I have a tracking number. Except the tracking info changes daily - one day it says the goods have been returned to Germany because of insufficient documentation provided by Century - the next day it says it’s on its way. It’s now over a month since my first order and nearly 4 weeks since the second payment went through. Still no goods. It’s looking like Century Europe is a scam.
