GBAfter over 20 years of doing business with Century Martial Arts Century for the longest time was a great company to purchase wholesale from. Fair prices, great customer service. Frankly, my first choice for martial arts supplies. Unfortunately, over the past several years I have seen a steady decline in their customer service and a steady increase in their prices. I last experience was it for me. When you are guaranteed to have your order by a certain date and it doesn't arrive and me as the customer have to follow up as to why. Not only once, but 4 times and it's over a week later than promised, that to me is very poor customer service.

GBCentury is Century is, by far, the most concrete source for martial arts equipment. I have attempted using other websites such as Sakura Martial Arts and all have failed to provide the quality of product as promptly and completely. It should be noted, however, that I have had some shipping complications, though I have no doubts that I will be pleased by the products when they arrive.

GBScammers TL:DR: no goods received, ever changing “tracking” data. Suspect scam. I ordered online back in the first week of December and used the “pay by PayPal” option. I received an order confirmation with a delivery date. It was only when this date had passed and I emailed them, that Century told me they hadn’t received my payment because I had sent it to the wrong PayPal address (I used the link on their own order form!). Finally got payment sorted and the good are despatched. I have a tracking number. Except the tracking info changes daily - one day it says the goods have been returned to Germany because of insufficient documentation provided by Century - the next day it says it’s on its way. It’s now over a month since my first order and nearly 4 weeks since the second payment went through. Still no goods. It’s looking like Century Europe is a scam.

GBDid not deliver! Had no trouble ordering the items, but when it came time for delivery, I was charged $10 and never received them. After waiting an extra week I finally called customer service. I was informed that the package had been returned to Century due to damage to the packaging. I was never notified, so I never thought to check my credit card statement (as they had reimbursed my card a week after the product had been unknowingly returned). To make up for a month long wait for items, they did nothing other than charge me again for the same product, but they covered the shipping. Gee,how nice of them. Let's hope it gets here this time.

GBReturns Customer service for returns have no follow through. An item shipped damaged, pictures of the item was requested and sent and several follow up phones calls made and no response on replacement. Every other area has superior service.
