CAWorst supply company for m.a, EVER ! Worst supply company for m.a. of all time ! They sent me defective sparring boots, then, Jake Merrill, a supervisor, refused to admit it was defective ! Finally, they were supposed to issue me a credit of $ 42.84. Its now MArch 31st and still no refund, two months later. He then debits my card a SECOND TIME, then yells and shouts at me when I complained to him, then, he hangs up on me. Century owes me 85.68 and I have no idea if I am going to get a refund and when. Called their office a third time and they cannot get a hold of a supervisor. Horrible, horrible, company, avoid them at all costs ! Master R.J. Smith, 7th Dan ITF, (previous customer since 1996).

GBVery Poor Customer Service I ordered the book Bruce Lee in Black Belt Magazine several weeks ago. It arrived with the cover almost completely torn off and it was not damaged in shipping, it was in this condition from the publisher. After many emails for over a week now, with the Acquistion Marketing and VIP Customer Service Reps promising to replace the book, a new one has not been shipped and I doubt they plan to do so.

GBExcellent service Quick and easy website; although their mobile version is sometimes difficult to navigate via iPhone. Wonderful customer service and quick shipping. Haven't tried the custom shop yet but will be ordering uniforms with my logo on them soon!!! -Sensei Mitchell Pennell Founder of MPMA Kacrijitsu self defense

GBAwesome Product & Service! Century offers a wide range of quality products at a fair price. But even better, the level of customer service is extraordinary! Century is a company with caring individuals who go out of their way to support and partner with every martial arts school, allowing them to grow and offer top of the line martial arts gear.

GBHorrible place to work. A YEAR BEHIND ON PRODUCTS There have workers they been at the Midwest location for years but in unhealthy competition with each other. They make it very uncomfortable for new co workers with favoritism and seperation. They belittle them and gossip. The environment is very unprofessional. There is no manual available for the industrial machinery, they do not train properly on HOW to fully do the job and lack communication. You just thrown in there and expected to function with high productivity. The energy is so heavy at the Midwest City location that new coworkers eat in there cars or fear SPEAKING up due to fear of losing there job/ unnecessary verbal abuse. The company doesn't address the issues, either you comply or get fired with no real reason. When the problem is upon them they eliminate.
