GBReturns Customer service for returns have no follow through. An item shipped damaged, pictures of the item was requested and sent and several follow up phones calls made and no response on replacement. Every other area has superior service.

GBAfter over 20 years of doing business with Century Martial Arts Century for the longest time was a great company to purchase wholesale from. Fair prices, great customer service. Frankly, my first choice for martial arts supplies. Unfortunately, over the past several years I have seen a steady decline in their customer service and a steady increase in their prices. I last experience was it for me. When you are guaranteed to have your order by a certain date and it doesn't arrive and me as the customer have to follow up as to why. Not only once, but 4 times and it's over a week later than promised, that to me is very poor customer service.

GBCentury provides many great products at a reasonable price. I've been using Century for over 30 years. They consistently remain well stocked with quality products. While clearly they still have their roots in traditional Karate & TKD, in recent years they have improved with their selection of MMA, Boxing & Muay Thai equipment. They work very well with martial arts schools and have a solid wholesale price list.

GBCentury is Century is, by far, the most concrete source for martial arts equipment. I have attempted using other websites such as Sakura Martial Arts and all have failed to provide the quality of product as promptly and completely. It should be noted, however, that I have had some shipping complications, though I have no doubts that I will be pleased by the products when they arrive.

GBConstant stock issues with many items Constant stock issues with many items. Before taking a customers money and making yourself look like a fool, you better get a date of when it will be restocked, but then again that date will move around on you as well.
