Returns Customer service for returns have no follow through. An item shipped damaged, pictures of the item was requested and sent and several follow up phones calls made and no response on replacement. Every other area has superior service.

Century martial arts is an outstanding company and there isn't another I would use. This company is always friendly, always tells you about specials for the month, and along with great quality products, they are prompt in delivery and processing orders. I have used them for almost 2 years, and don't plan on going anywhere else. Thanks century for being an awesome company that shows customers they care about them.

Worst supply company for m.a, EVER ! Worst supply company for m.a. of all time ! They sent me defective sparring boots, then, Jake Merrill, a supervisor, refused to admit it was defective ! Finally, they were supposed to issue me a credit of $ 42.84. Its now MArch 31st and still no refund, two months later. He then debits my card a SECOND TIME, then yells and shouts at me when I complained to him, then, he hangs up on me. Century owes me 85.68 and I have no idea if I am going to get a refund and when. Called their office a third time and they cannot get a hold of a supervisor. Horrible, horrible, company, avoid them at all costs ! Master R.J. Smith, 7th Dan ITF, (previous customer since 1996).

Excellent service Quick and easy website; although their mobile version is sometimes difficult to navigate via iPhone. Wonderful customer service and quick shipping. Scam company I purchase a youth punching bag that doesn't work at all. My 5 years old son punched the bag the first time and easily knocked to the floor. They charged me $240 for this bag that is trash and after having to pay $42 for the shipping to my house I have to pay again $42 to ship it to their store. This is so ridiculous and obviously and scam. They are not helping customers and really stilling their money with products that don't work. I'm going to report this company and this product to the customer protection bureau and tell all the other channels that are selling this product to don't buy anymore from this company. Trust me, don't buy from them.
