Century martial arts is an outstanding company and there isn't another I would use. This company is always friendly, always tells you about specials for the month, and along with great quality products, they are prompt in delivery and processing orders. I have used them for almost 2 years, and don't plan on going anywhere else. Thanks century for being an awesome company that shows customers they care about them.

Returns Customer service for returns have no follow through. An item shipped damaged, pictures of the item was requested and sent and several follow up phones calls made and no response on replacement. Every other area has superior service.

Excellent service Quick and easy website; although their mobile version is sometimes difficult to navigate via iPhone. Wonderful customer service and quick shipping. I bought the Stealth Kamas for my dad's … I bought the Stealth Kamas for my dad's birthday since he can learn a weapon at Karate. When we got them they are no better than a child's toy and felt like cheap plastic. Definitely not worth the price! When I returned them I not only had to pay for shipping the item back, but they don't refund you the shipping either from when they sent it like other others. Very disappointed and annoyed. Will never order from again.

Horrible place to work. A YEAR BEHIND ON PRODUCTS There have workers they been at the Midwest location for years but in unhealthy competition with each other. They make it very uncomfortable for new co workers with favoritism and seperation. They belittle them and gossip. The environment is very unprofessional. There is no manual available for the industrial machinery, they do not train properly on HOW to fully do the job and lack communication. You just thrown in there and expected to function with high productivity. The energy is so heavy at the Midwest City location that new coworkers eat in there cars or fear SPEAKING up due to fear of losing there job/ unnecessary verbal abuse. The company doesn't address the issues, either you comply or get fired with no real reason. When the problem is upon them they eliminate.
