Horrible place to work. A YEAR BEHIND ON PRODUCTS There have workers they been at the Midwest location for years but in unhealthy competition with each other. They make it very uncomfortable for new co workers with favoritism and seperation. They belittle them and gossip. The environment is very unprofessional. There is no manual available for the industrial machinery, they do not train properly on HOW to fully do the job and lack communication. You just thrown in there and expected to function with high productivity. The energy is so heavy at the Midwest City location that new coworkers eat in there cars or fear SPEAKING up due to fear of losing there job/ unnecessary verbal abuse. The company doesn't address the issues, either you comply or get fired with no real reason. When the problem is upon them they eliminate.

Excellent service Quick and easy website; although their mobile version is sometimes difficult to navigate via iPhone. Wonderful customer service and quick shipping. After over 20 years of doing business with Century Martial Arts Century for the longest time was a great company to purchase wholesale from. Fair prices, great customer service. Frankly, my first choice for martial arts supplies. Unfortunately, over the past several years I have seen a steady decline in their customer service and a steady increase in their prices. I last experience was it for me. When you are guaranteed to have your order by a certain date and it doesn't arrive and me as the customer have to follow up as to why. Not only once, but 4 times and it's over a week later than promised, that to me is very poor customer service.

Very Poor Customer Service I ordered the book Bruce Lee in Black Belt Magazine several weeks ago. It arrived with the cover almost completely torn off and it was not damaged in shipping, it was in this condition from the publisher. After many emails for over a week now, with the Acquistion Marketing and VIP Customer Service Reps promising to replace the book, a new one has not been shipped and I doubt they plan to do so.

Scam company I purchase a youth punching bag that doesn't work at all. My 5 years old son punched the bag the first time and easily knocked to the floor. They charged me $240 for this bag that is trash and after having to pay $42 for the shipping to my house I have to pay again $42 to ship it to their store. This is so ridiculous and obviously and scam. They are not helping customers and really stilling their money with products that don't work. I'm going to report this company and this product to the customer protection bureau and tell all the other channels that are selling this product to don't buy anymore from this company. Trust me, don't buy from them.
