GBGrand Master of Instructor Support I began buying all my student's martial arts gear in 1999. Since then till now, Century has always exceeded in service, quality, and over all professionalism. That makes them the Grand Master of Instructor Support to me, and I would think to every other instructor. CAWorst supply company for m.a, EVER ! Worst supply company for m.a. of all time ! They sent me defective sparring boots, then, Jake Merrill, a supervisor, refused to admit it was defective ! Finally, they were supposed to issue me a credit of $ 42.84. Its now MArch 31st and still no refund, two months later. He then debits my card a SECOND TIME, then yells and shouts at me when I complained to him, then, he hangs up on me. Century owes me 85.68 and I have no idea if I am going to get a refund and when. Called their office a third time and they cannot get a hold of a supervisor. Horrible, horrible, company, avoid them at all costs ! Master R.J. Smith, 7th Dan ITF, (previous customer since 1996).

GBAfter over 20 years of doing business with Century Martial Arts Century for the longest time was a great company to purchase wholesale from. Fair prices, great customer service. Frankly, my first choice for martial arts supplies. Unfortunately, over the past several years I have seen a steady decline in their customer service and a steady increase in their prices. I last experience was it for me. When you are guaranteed to have your order by a certain date and it doesn't arrive and me as the customer have to follow up as to why. Not only once, but 4 times and it's over a week later than promised, that to me is very poor customer service.

GBConstant stock issues with many items Constant stock issues with many items. Before taking a customers money and making yourself look like a fool, you better get a date of when it will be restocked, but then again that date will move around on you as well.

GBLost in Mail. Blames customer. While ordering a product there I noticed that the shipping address was wrong. I went back and changed it in the form. When I ordered the product I noticed that the address was still wrong after I changed it. I called and e-mailed them for two days. When I talked to them on the phone it was not a solution orientated call. They immediately blamed me for the error. The whole conversation was how it was my fault and the form was never wrong. They didn't even talk to me about what it would take to get the product changed the the right address. Eventually they redirected the shipment at my cost to my place but at this point it was four days after I contacted them. Its been two weeks and the item still has not arrived because its lost being redirected.
