Ultimate Golf Carts Staff are the BEST! I don't know who is writing all these crazy, unrelated reviews for this company but they're just not accurate. My experience with Ultimate Golf Carts has been nothing short of stellar. From buying a cart to buying parts their staff have been knowledgeable, professional, caring. They listen to my needs, they do what they say they'll do, and they're honest to a fault. I have friends who have also had the very same experience with them. If I could give them more than five stars I would.

BEWARE of Pifer Golf BEWARE of Pifer Golf! My wife purchased my (used) golf cart for me last August, 2020 as anniversary surprise. I have had nothing but the SAME bad axel oil leaks that have been non stop! When I've contacted Mark and they did come out several times last summer, but it was never repaired. We have a one year warranty and when I talked to Mark today June 2021, all he said was YOU bring it in here we dont have the help to pick it up!? VERY BAD RIP OFF BUSINESS, no honor of their warranty, my wife got ripped

Everyone at Ultimate Golf Cart was… Everyone at Ultimate Golf Cart was great to work with. We called to get directions and the lady was super helpful. We went sure why a light was on and a fine gentleman came and explained everything to us very friendly and helpful. I will be recommending Ultimate Golf Cart to all my friends!

Absolutely horrible service Absolutely horrible service! 1st day I got it my brand new batteries wouldn't charge and they said I owed them money because they claimed it was my fault! I hadn't even owned it longer than 24 hours!

Before I picked it up I was told they performed a long list of inspections to the cart along with other engine maintenance inspection. I was told that they did a compress test and it was the highest one they had left but I had no written data proving this. I found a vacuum hose discounted I replace it because it was too short and brittle I replace all the hoses and tubing. When it was delivered it wouldn’t start I was told it was because it was cold. After they messed with it it started. A couple months later after it warmed up I tried to start it and it wouldn’t I called they came back and picked it up.
