About MotoMummy

MotoMummy got it's start as a passion for motorcycles grew into an obsession. We (Corey & Erin) started as enthusiasts and to this day we still are. The team at MotoMummy are composed of all riders, like you, who love the sport and are always trying to expand on our knowledge. Our goal to you is to give you the best technical support and advice before, during, and after the sale. Technical knowledge is something we have always prided ourselves on and always will. We are not a company that pulls a box with a sku number and just ships it out. We work with manufacturers to test their products, give your feedback back to the manufacturers, and we pride ourselves on giving you the best products on the market.

Terrible experience and even worse customer service I ordered a pair of Dainese 4 stroke evo gloves that came with an obvious manufacturing defect. When I contacted them about it, I was told that even though it was not my fault, I would still have to pay a restocking fee AND I would have to pay for return shipping. That is outrageous and I have never experienced a policy like that from any retailer. On top of that, it took way to long to come to a resolution with their customer service team. All buyers should be cautious. Save yourselves the trouble and look elsewhere.

They clearly don't use their products They clearly don't use their products. I received a motion pro u joint tool yesterday and used it according to the manufacturers directions, and it clearly didn't work right off the bat. I contacted them that day. It was poorly engineered, and worthless. I contacted Moto mummy and they sent me an email back saying that it was used there's nothing they could do. How could I possibly know it was garbage until I tried to use it? Terrible service, selling junk products, avoid them completely. I'm going to let everyone know what kind of crap this is.

Extra charge I'm leaving here my one star review because of the extra 20% charge which wasn't my mistake. UPS never tried to deliver me, I contacted motomummy beforehand, saying the shipment was having a problem, even in the UPS website said to correct the address and then it was saying to contact the sender. I did that. I provided all the proof that I didn't reject the item but they still charged an extra 10% on top of the 10% fee to return an item. Makes no sense after all the proof but it is what is it. For me it's a lot of money, so I'm not buying again from these guys.

Quick, easy, no-questions-asked return. Thanks! I have an odd application and the part didn't fit. They don't publish dimensions and I didn't realize they varied so I never asked. MM was super helpful about the return. Easy, pleasant and fast. I'll be back next time with a clearer order. Thanks.

Part advertised as in stock was not - painfully slow delivery Bought a part that was advertised as in stock. Actually - they weren’t even able to get it. After 3 weeks a difference model part was finally delivered as a replacement. Thank god I didn’t have a race to prep for last month. Revzilla and SBTG are faster and more accurate with available inventory. I will stick with them going forward.
