GBPart advertised as in stock was not - painfully slow delivery Bought a part that was advertised as in stock. Actually - they weren’t even able to get it. After 3 weeks a difference model part was finally delivered as a replacement. Thank god I didn’t have a race to prep for last month. Revzilla and SBTG are faster and more accurate with available inventory. I will stick with them going forward.

GBThey clearly don't use their products They clearly don't use their products. I received a motion pro u joint tool yesterday and used it according to the manufacturers directions, and it clearly didn't work right off the bat. I contacted them that day. It was poorly engineered, and worthless. I contacted Moto mummy and they sent me an email back saying that it was used there's nothing they could do. How could I possibly know it was garbage until I tried to use it? Terrible service, selling junk products, avoid them completely. I'm going to let everyone know what kind of crap this is.

GBQuick, easy, no-questions-asked return. Thanks! I have an odd application and the part didn't fit. They don't publish dimensions and I didn't realize they varied so I never asked. MM was super helpful about the return. Easy, pleasant and fast. I'll be back next time with a clearer order. Thanks.

GBVery, very slow My second order took forever to process. Amazon gets stuff to my door in 2 days. I had to call motomummy because they hadn't even processed my order in that same timeframe. Who calls merchants in 2019? It felt as if they take the order and then order it online from someone else, except it takes them several days to just do that. The first order I had to cancel because they would not allow me to ship to a friend's address. But not after I waited a few days, then emailed them, then waited again with nothing happening, then told them, fine -- just ship it to my house, I'll carry the damn tires over myself. Then waited a few days with nothing happening. Then finally called them to cancel the order because it felt like they were just getting confused and doing nothing with it.

GBTerrible experience and even worse customer service I ordered a pair of Dainese 4 stroke evo gloves that came with an obvious manufacturing defect. When I contacted them about it, I was told that even though it was not my fault, I would still have to pay a restocking fee AND I would have to pay for return shipping. That is outrageous and I have never experienced a policy like that from any retailer. On top of that, it took way to long to come to a resolution with their customer service team. All buyers should be cautious. Save yourselves the trouble and look elsewhere.
