GBNot very customer centric service… Stay Away Not very customer centric service oriented when it comes to issue resolution! Order a Item from them and item ship was not what it look like, request for a return and all they request was a picture. When I clearly stated that the item sent was not clear it was black for the background, instead of issuing a return label. They are requesting a picture. Sent them the picture and nothing. Ghosted.

GBPart advertised as in stock was not - painfully slow delivery Bought a part that was advertised as in stock. Actually - they weren’t even able to get it. After 3 weeks a difference model part was finally delivered as a replacement. Thank god I didn’t have a race to prep for last month. Revzilla and SBTG are faster and more accurate with available inventory. I will stick with them going forward.
