About MotoMummy

MotoMummy got it's start as a passion for motorcycles grew into an obsession. We (Corey & Erin) started as enthusiasts and to this day we still are. The team at MotoMummy are composed of all riders, like you, who love the sport and are always trying to expand on our knowledge. Our goal to you is to give you the best technical support and advice before, during, and after the sale. Technical knowledge is something we have always prided ourselves on and always will. We are not a company that pulls a box with a sku number and just ships it out. We work with manufacturers to test their products, give your feedback back to the manufacturers, and we pride ourselves on giving you the best products on the market.

This is not the first time mislead about “in-stock” items. This is not the first time, but will be the last. They’ve lost another customer going forward. Items are marked as in-stock, but are not. Placed an order for pickup on an ln-stock part. When I contact them after a week of no updates, they said my order was placed and set for delivery to them the following week and I would receive it after they got it and checked it in ect. So I’m looking at almost 3 weeks to receive a simple part that they said they had. I try to support local businesses, but this is unacceptable. If they were up front about it, it’d be one thing, but selling stuff they don’t actually have time and time again is not acceptable.

The guys at the shop were excellent The guys at the shop were excellent. They got my tires mounted and balanced quickly, and helped out with questions that I had while browsing their extensive inventory. They have a great selection of gear and parts for sportsbike/track guys, and excellent pricing. I'll definitely be going back!

Terrible experience and even worse customer service I ordered a pair of Dainese 4 stroke evo gloves that came with an obvious manufacturing defect. When I contacted them about it, I was told that even though it was not my fault, I would still have to pay a restocking fee AND I would have to pay for return shipping. That is outrageous and I have never experienced a policy like that from any retailer. On top of that, it took way to long to come to a resolution with their customer service team. All buyers should be cautious. Save yourselves the trouble and look elsewhere.

Best price, rewards, and service. I looked at every possible location to purchase a cardo slim duo pack, including eBay. Not only was motomummy the lowest price. I recieved 20 dollars in rewards which I promptly used to purchase a ram mount. Which they again had the lowest price for! I thought the name was a little suspect at first but I am thoroughly impressed. They claim to be veteran owned which is awesome assuming it is true. 🇺🇸

Not very customer centric service… Stay Away Not very customer centric service oriented when it comes to issue resolution! Order a Item from them and item ship was not what it look like, request for a return and all they request was a picture. When I clearly stated that the item sent was not clear it was black for the background, instead of issuing a return label. They are requesting a picture. Sent them the picture and nothing. Ghosted.
