Sunny sports return policy I found the products I needed and ordering was easy. They arrived just fine and in a timely manner. I had to return them unfortunately. Don’t believe their return policy. It’s not a full refund. They charged me a $5 tax credit??? And then $13 for shipping. So full refund minus$18. I won’t buy anything from sunny sports again because I will use another company with actual free returns and a true %100 money back guarantee.

I read the reviews and was hesitant I read the reviews and was hesitant, especially considering that my order was to be shipped to the warehouse of a shipping company to later be sent to Europe, and there was no way I could make a return if they sent the wrong stuff, or damaged, or smth else like that. First of all, this is not a scam. Some old reviews here say it is, but it's not, the shop exists. I decided to give it a go. Ordered a Sierra Designs backpack, with free shipping. Took them a few days to hand the backpack over to UPS, but it was within the indicated timeframe. And then it was successfully shipped first to the warehouse and then over to me in Europe. The backpack I received is of the right model and size, with no damage and no issues whatsoever. The packaging was a simple plastic bag, but it did its job of keeping the backpack intact and also made the cost of my shipment from the US to Ukraine lower since it's not a voluminous box. I am very satisfied. Already ordered another backpack for my gf.

They stand behind their customer satisfaction guarantee! I originally left a one star review due to receiving the wrong size jacket. After calling and emailing them they corrected the issue and are now sending me the correct jacket with next day air shipping, my ski trip is saved! delivery time about one month sunny sports....good company and product line. warning your order will take at least one month to arrive. slowest warehouse on earth. also do not bother calling about your order another 2 day's I heard many times. company cares more about it's stockholders than it's customer's 57% bad ratings is understandable.

Great Customer Service A great experience. They price-matched a North Face backpack at the one store that had it cheaper then them. Then, 6 days later, they price-matched it again when I found a ridiculous deal on the same pack on a (possibly shady) website even though I had already purchased it from Sunny Sports & it's not their policy to match past purchases. Great customer service. Would definitely use them again.
