Scam Scam, don’t order. No address, phone. Could never trace them. I ordered 5 foldable universal screen amplifiers and after 5 weeks never received them. They send emails “it’s on the way” but never received. Afterwards, they stop responding, Found out they’re out of Hong Kong. Go elsewhere.

Customer service is horrible Customer service is horrible. Ordered 2 camp chairs and wanted to return and purchase different chairs (more expensive). I told them I had only opened them and realize they were the shorter version of the chair and wanted to exchange them for regular height. I had all original packaging, tags, etc. It took 2 weeks for Return Dept to say they can't accept the return. Why did it take 2 weeks? And why can't items in new condition with original packaging be returned? Never shopping here again.

delivery time about one month sunny sports....good company and product line. warning your order will take at least one month to arrive. slowest warehouse on earth. also do not bother calling about your order another 2 day's I heard many times. company cares more about it's stockholders than it's customer's 57% bad ratings is understandable.

Poor order handling and customer service Placed an order for swim suit on 2/12/22. Received confirmation of order. It shows my cc was charged on 2/12/22. No follow up emails since. 13 days later, still nothing. Checked online and it says BACKORDERED with no other info or options. Pretty lame customer service not to even let the customer know an order is backordered. Fortunately they did not actually charge my cc, so they get 2 stars instead of 1.

Great Customer Service A great experience. They price-matched a North Face backpack at the one store that had it cheaper then them. Then, 6 days later, they price-matched it again when I found a ridiculous deal on the same pack on a (possibly shady) website even though I had already purchased it from Sunny Sports & it's not their policy to match past purchases. Great customer service. Would definitely use them again.
