GBdelivery time about one month sunny sports....good company and product line. warning your order will take at least one month to arrive. slowest warehouse on earth. also do not bother calling about your order another 2 day's I heard many times. company cares more about it's stockholders than it's customer's 57% bad ratings is understandable.

GBMade post-order color change for me and delivered in 2 days free! Ordered a backpack late Friday evening on line and then decided on Saturday that I wanted a different color. Sent an email to customer support asking if they could help. On Sunday morning, I received a response that they made my change, free of additional charges. Received the backpack on Tuesday morning UPS (free shipping). This may be my best on line shopping experience ever!

GBNo returns I bought shoes from the website. They were not waterproof as advertised. I used them for a day and wanted to return them, but they did not accept the return. GBThey stand behind their customer satisfaction guarantee! I originally left a one star review due to receiving the wrong size jacket. After calling and emailing them they corrected the issue and are now sending me the correct jacket with next day air shipping, my ski trip is saved! Thank you Joana and team for correcting this issue so swiftly for me, I really appreciate it!

GBUnbelievable Unbelievable. I bought a large ticket item from Sunnysports previously and I got a good deal and the item was fine. I went to buy another big ticket item a few weeks later and, as before, I had my billing address and a different address to ship it to. Apparently, they didn't like the idea that it was being sent to another address than my billing. 🤔 I told them it was my UPS mailbox and I have all packages sent there due to porch pirates stealing from me. I've never had any problem with any company previously. I explained the situation. They wanted more details which I gave them. Then they began crossing the line, asking for the email to which I receive billing by AmEx. 🤔 Why do they need that? This isn't about the payment being a problem. It's that it's another address I'm sending to. They can verify with UPS that it's legit. Besides, what about someone that wants to send a purchase as a gift to someone at a different address? They had zero problems with the last order. Well, when I refused the info asking what email I use for my AmEx, which has nothing to do with this, they said they're denying my buying the item. WHY? 😐 I wrote once more when they asked for a review and I calmly explained and asked again if I could order. Do they really want to send to the address where porch pirates will likely steal it, or would they send to my safe UPS mailbox, which they can verify? They told me they Canceled the order! 😕 So they've lost my business for life. Also, I started reading reviews and I'm glad I'm not patronizing them ever again.
