No returns I bought shoes from the website. They were not waterproof as advertised. I used them for a day and wanted to return them, but they did not accept the return. Everything was good! After reading some bad reviews here, I hesitated to place an order from them. However, due to the sale price of the product, I wanted to give it a chance. And It worked perfectly! While I was placing my order, I added a note about my concern and customer service contacted me immediately via e-mail. Anyways, I got the correct item on time with a good customer service.

If I could give a '0' for stars I… If I could give a '0' for stars I would. We ordered a tent online, received a notification that our card 'did not go through' and therefore we would not get the products ordered. We checked, nothing wrong with the card and even though the order was cancelled they still charged our card for $500. We called multiple times, had countless emails and incredibly poor customer service from all areas shuttled back between Adorama (whoever they are) and Sunnysports, each denying they could do anything to rectify the situation. I wonder if Sunnysports is even an entity.

Great Customer Service A great experience. They price-matched a North Face backpack at the one store that had it cheaper then them. Then, 6 days later, they price-matched it again when I found a ridiculous deal on the same pack on a (possibly shady) website even though I had already purchased it from Sunny Sports & it's not their policy to match past purchases. Great customer service. Would definitely use them again.

Sunny sports return policy I found the products I needed and ordering was easy. They arrived just fine and in a timely manner. I had to return them unfortunately. Don’t believe their return policy. It’s not a full refund. They charged me a $5 tax credit??? And then $13 for shipping. So full refund minus$18. I won’t buy anything from sunny sports again because I will use another company with actual free returns and a true %100 money back guarantee.
