No returns I bought shoes from the website. They were not waterproof as advertised. I used them for a day and wanted to return them, but they did not accept the return. I read the reviews and was hesitant I read the reviews and was hesitant, especially considering that my order was to be shipped to the warehouse of a shipping company to later be sent to Europe, and there was no way I could make a return if they sent the wrong stuff, or damaged, or smth else like that. First of all, this is not a scam. Some old reviews here say it is, but it's not, the shop exists. I decided to give it a go. Ordered a Sierra Designs backpack, with free shipping. Took them a few days to hand the backpack over to UPS, but it was within the indicated timeframe. And then it was successfully shipped first to the warehouse and then over to me in Europe. The backpack I received is of the right model and size, with no damage and no issues whatsoever. The packaging was a simple plastic bag, but it did its job of keeping the backpack intact and also made the cost of my shipment from the US to Ukraine lower since it's not a voluminous box. I am very satisfied. Already ordered another backpack for my gf.

delivery time about one month sunny sports....good company and product line. warning your order will take at least one month to arrive. slowest warehouse on earth. also do not bother calling about your order another 2 day's I heard many times. company cares more about it's stockholders than it's customer's 57% bad ratings is understandable.

And It worked perfectly! While I was placing my order, I added a note about my concern and customer service contacted me immediately via e-mail. Made post-order color change for me and delivered in 2 days free! Ordered a backpack late Friday evening on line and then decided on Saturday that I wanted a different color. Sent an email to customer support asking if they could help. On Sunday morning, I received a response that they made my change, free of additional charges. Received the backpack on Tuesday morning UPS (free shipping). This may be my best on line shopping experience ever!
