We ordered a tent online, received a notification that our card 'did not go through' and therefore we would not get the products ordered. We checked, nothing wrong with the card and even though the order was cancelled they still charged our card for $500. We called multiple times, had countless emails and incredibly poor customer service from all areas shuttled back between Adorama (whoever they are) and Sunnysports, each denying they could do anything to rectify the situation. I wonder if Sunnysports is even an entity.

They stand behind their customer satisfaction guarantee! I originally left a one star review due to receiving the wrong size jacket. After calling and emailing them they corrected the issue and are now sending me the correct jacket with next day air shipping, my ski trip is saved! Thank you Joana and team for correcting this issue so swiftly for me, I really appreciate it!

Everything was good! After reading some bad reviews here, I hesitated to place an order from them. However, due to the sale price of the product, I wanted to give it a chance. And It worked perfectly! While I was placing my order, I added a note about my concern and customer service contacted me immediately via e-mail. Anyways, I got the correct item on time with a good customer service.

Poor quality, refused return, shi7e company Company sold me an expensive Mountain Hardware Ghost Whisperer 2 jacket. The cheap zipper fell apart after a few uses and the jacket quality is very poor. I think this is common knowledge at this point. Sunnysports refused to accept a return on the product and gave me a phone number for manufacturers warranty, essentially passing the buck. DO NOT buy anything from this company. They are complete shi7e.

Scam Scam, don’t order. No address, phone. Could never trace them. I ordered 5 foldable universal screen amplifiers and after 5 weeks never received them. They send emails “it’s on the way” but never received. Afterwards, they stop responding, Found out they’re out of Hong Kong. Go elsewhere.
