Great Customer Service A great experience. They price-matched a North Face backpack at the one store that had it cheaper then them. Then, 6 days later, they price-matched it again when I found a ridiculous deal on the same pack on a (possibly shady) website even though I had already purchased it from Sunny Sports & it's not their policy to match past purchases. Great customer service. Would definitely use them again.

No returns I bought shoes from the website. They were not waterproof as advertised. I used them for a day and wanted to return them, but they did not accept the return. They stand behind their customer satisfaction guarantee! I originally left a one star review due to receiving the wrong size jacket. After calling and emailing them they corrected the issue and are now sending me the correct jacket with next day air shipping, my ski trip is saved! Thank you Joana and team for correcting this issue so swiftly for me, I really appreciate it!

Reselling USED Products I would absolutely not recommend this company. I received a pair of used shoes -- scratches, dirt, scuffs... everything you can imagine on the product that was presented and bought as brand new. The company was less than helpful when I let them know. No discount on future merchandise or anything to remedy the inconvenience, as I had to take the time to ship the used shoes back and go out of my way to do so. On top of that, when I was packing up the order, I found the last person's order paper still in the box with all of their personal information! So unprofessional. This company is careless and sells used merchandise presented as new. BEWARE!

Terrible company Terrible company. I specifically called before placing an order to ask if my other items would ship even if one item was on backorder and was told yes they would ship same or next day. 3 days later I received an email saying they were holding my items and they did not have an estimated date when it would ship or they would receive the backordered item. Cancelled immediately and will never order from this company again. Very poor customer service.
