Be careful, don't trust this site!!! I was placing an order, it said free shipping, but at checkout it charged me anyway. I contacted customer service, they emailed me and said send the order #, price, and delivery address, and they'd deduct it. Like an idiot I placed the order, sent all the info, and they emailed me- NO FREE SHIPPING. That's so dishonest, and I'll be cancelling my order. I have a picture of the boots, and it says free shipping, but they WON'T honor their own words!!

No returns I bought shoes from the website. They were not waterproof as advertised. I used them for a day and wanted to return them, but they did not accept the return. delivery time about one month sunny sports....good company and product line. warning your order will take at least one month to arrive. slowest warehouse on earth. also do not bother calling about your order another 2 day's I heard many times. company cares more about it's stockholders than it's customer's 57% bad ratings is understandable.

Reselling USED Products I would absolutely not recommend this company. I received a pair of used shoes -- scratches, dirt, scuffs... everything you can imagine on the product that was presented and bought as brand new. The company was less than helpful when I let them know. No discount on future merchandise or anything to remedy the inconvenience, as I had to take the time to ship the used shoes back and go out of my way to do so. On top of that, when I was packing up the order, I found the last person's order paper still in the box with all of their personal information! So unprofessional. This company is careless and sells used merchandise presented as new. BEWARE!
