Reselling USED Products I would absolutely not recommend this company. I received a pair of used shoes -- scratches, dirt, scuffs... everything you can imagine on the product that was presented and bought as brand new. The company was less than helpful when I let them know. No discount on future merchandise or anything to remedy the inconvenience, as I had to take the time to ship the used shoes back and go out of my way to do so. On top of that, when I was packing up the order, I found the last person's order paper still in the box with all of their personal information! So unprofessional. This company is careless and sells used merchandise presented as new. BEWARE!

They stand behind their customer satisfaction guarantee! I originally left a one star review due to receiving the wrong size jacket. After calling and emailing them they corrected the issue and are now sending me the correct jacket with next day air shipping, my ski trip is saved! Everything was good! After reading some bad reviews here, I hesitated to place an order from them. However, due to the sale price of the product, I wanted to give it a chance. And It worked perfectly! While I was placing my order, I added a note about my concern and customer service contacted me immediately via e-mail. Anyways, I got the correct item on time with a good customer service.

Made post-order color change for me and delivered in 2 days free! Ordered a backpack late Friday evening on line and then decided on Saturday that I wanted a different color. Sent an email to customer support asking if they could help. On Sunday morning, I received a response that they made my change, free of additional charges. Received the backpack on Tuesday morning UPS (free shipping). This may be my best on line shopping experience ever!
