GBTerrible company Terrible company. I specifically called before placing an order to ask if my other items would ship even if one item was on backorder and was told yes they would ship same or next day. 3 days later I received an email saying they were holding my items and they did not have an estimated date when it would ship or they would receive the backordered item. Cancelled immediately and will never order from this company again. Very poor customer service.

GBNo returns I bought shoes from the website. They were not waterproof as advertised. I used them for a day and wanted to return them, but they did not accept the return. GBMade post-order color change for me and delivered in 2 days free! Ordered a backpack late Friday evening on line and then decided on Saturday that I wanted a different color. Sent an email to customer support asking if they could help. On Sunday morning, I received a response that they made my change, free of additional charges. Received the backpack on Tuesday morning UPS (free shipping). This may be my best on line shopping experience ever!

GBSunny sports return policy I found the products I needed and ordering was easy. They arrived just fine and in a timely manner. I had to return them unfortunately. Don’t believe their return policy. It’s not a full refund. They charged me a $5 tax credit??? And then $13 for shipping. So full refund minus$18. I won’t buy anything from sunny sports again because I will use another company with actual free returns and a true %100 money back guarantee.

GBScam Scam, don’t order. No address, phone. Could never trace them. I ordered 5 foldable universal screen amplifiers and after 5 weeks never received them. They send emails “it’s on the way” but never received. Afterwards, they stop responding, Found out they’re out of Hong Kong. Go elsewhere.
