Great Customer Service A great experience. They price-matched a North Face backpack at the one store that had it cheaper then them. Then, 6 days later, they price-matched it again when I found a ridiculous deal on the same pack on a (possibly shady) website even though I had already purchased it from Sunny Sports & it's not their policy to match past purchases. Great customer service. Would definitely use them again.

Scam Scam, don’t order. No address, phone. Could never trace them. I ordered 5 foldable universal screen amplifiers and after 5 weeks never received them. They send emails “it’s on the way” but never received. Afterwards, they stop responding, Found out they’re out of Hong Kong. Go elsewhere.

Great experience! Reading all of these negative reviews, I was a little skeptical but wow am I impressed! I placed an order for Grayl water bottles and I had a great experience. My order was easy to place, communication around my order and delivery was very good and my order arrived fast (5 business days from Coast to Coast). The items were packaged with care, they are new, and they work great. I doubt I will need to return anything, and hope I don't have issues if/when I do (according to other comments). I definitely plan to be back.

No returns I bought shoes from the website. They were not waterproof as advertised. I used them for a day and wanted to return them, but they did not accept the return. Sunny sports return policy I found the products I needed and ordering was easy. They arrived just fine and in a timely manner. I had to return them unfortunately. Don’t believe their return policy. It’s not a full refund. They charged me a $5 tax credit??? And then $13 for shipping. So full refund minus$18. I won’t buy anything from sunny sports again because I will use another company with actual free returns and a true %100 money back guarantee.
