GBIf I could give a '0' for stars I… If I could give a '0' for stars I would. We ordered a tent online, received a notification that our card 'did not go through' and therefore we would not get the products ordered. We checked, nothing wrong with the card and even though the order was cancelled they still charged our card for $500. We called multiple times, had countless emails and incredibly poor customer service from all areas shuttled back between Adorama (whoever they are) and Sunnysports, each denying they could do anything to rectify the situation. I wonder if Sunnysports is even an entity.

GBSunny sports return policy I found the products I needed and ordering was easy. They arrived just fine and in a timely manner. I had to return them unfortunately. Don’t believe their return policy. It’s not a full refund. They charged me a $5 tax credit??? And then $13 for shipping. So full refund minus$18. I won’t buy anything from sunny sports again because I will use another company with actual free returns and a true %100 money back guarantee.

GBmy time is worth more than the cost of a shoe and shipping Be aware that if the size is wrong you will have to pay to return it. Their website does not work. The links do not function and the email also does not work. I was finally able to get a hold of customer service, who said she would email a return label to me, but all the email contained was a link to the site - which did not work. When it takes less time to write a review than to accomplish what you need to, it is never good for the company. Go to a big box before you go here.

GBGreat experience! Reading all of these negative reviews, I was a little skeptical but wow am I impressed! I placed an order for Grayl water bottles and I had a great experience. My order was easy to place, communication around my order and delivery was very good and my order arrived fast (5 business days from Coast to Coast). The items were packaged with care, they are new, and they work great. I doubt I will need to return anything, and hope I don't have issues if/when I do (according to other comments). I definitely plan to be back.

GBPoor order handling and customer service Placed an order for swim suit on 2/12/22. Received confirmation of order. It shows my cc was charged on 2/12/22. No follow up emails since. 13 days later, still nothing. Checked online and it says BACKORDERED with no other info or options. Pretty lame customer service not to even let the customer know an order is backordered. Fortunately they did not actually charge my cc, so they get 2 stars instead of 1.
