Everything was good! After reading some bad reviews here, I hesitated to place an order from them. However, due to the sale price of the product, I wanted to give it a chance. And It worked perfectly! While I was placing my order, I added a note about my concern and customer service contacted me immediately via e-mail. Anyways, I got the correct item on time with a good customer service.

No returns I bought shoes from the website. They were not waterproof as advertised. I used them for a day and wanted to return them, but they did not accept the return. Be careful, don't trust this site!!! I was placing an order, it said free shipping, but at checkout it charged me anyway. I contacted customer service, they emailed me and said send the order #, price, and delivery address, and they'd deduct it. Like an idiot I placed the order, sent all the info, and they emailed me- NO FREE SHIPPING. That's so dishonest, and I'll be cancelling my order. I have a picture of the boots, and it says free shipping, but they WON'T honor their own words!!

I read the reviews and was hesitant I read the reviews and was hesitant, especially considering that my order was to be shipped to the warehouse of a shipping company to later be sent to Europe, and there was no way I could make a return if they sent the wrong stuff, or damaged, or smth else like that. First of all, this is not a scam. Some old reviews here say it is, but it's not, the shop exists. I decided to give it a go. Ordered a Sierra Designs backpack, with free shipping. Took them a few days to hand the backpack over to UPS, but it was within the indicated timeframe. And then it was successfully shipped first to the warehouse and then over to me in Europe. The backpack I received is of the right model and size, with no damage and no issues whatsoever. The packaging was a simple plastic bag, but it did its job of keeping the backpack intact and also made the cost of my shipment from the US to Ukraine lower since it's not a voluminous box. I am very satisfied. Already ordered another backpack for my gf.
