First of all, this is not a scam. Some old reviews here say it is, but it's not, the shop exists. I decided to give it a go. Ordered a Sierra Designs backpack, with free shipping. Took them a few days to hand the backpack over to UPS, but it was within the indicated timeframe. And then it was successfully shipped first to the warehouse and then over to me in Europe. The backpack I received is of the right model and size, with no damage and no issues whatsoever. The packaging was a simple plastic bag, but it did its job of keeping the backpack intact and also made the cost of my shipment from the US to Ukraine lower since it's not a voluminous box. I am very satisfied. Already ordered another backpack for my gf.

It’s not a full refund. They charged me a $5 tax credit??? And then $13 for shipping. So full refund minus$18. I won’t buy anything from sunny sports again because I will use another company with actual free returns and a true %100 money back guarantee.
