Great experience! Reading all of these negative reviews, I was a little skeptical but wow am I impressed! I placed an order for Grayl water bottles and I had a great experience. My order was easy to place, communication around my order and delivery was very good and my order arrived fast (5 business days from Coast to Coast). The items were packaged with care, they are new, and they work great. I doubt I will need to return anything, and hope I don't have issues if/when I do (according to other comments). I definitely plan to be back.

Reselling USED Products I would absolutely not recommend this company. I received a pair of used shoes -- scratches, dirt, scuffs... everything you can imagine on the product that was presented and bought as brand new. The company was less than helpful when I let them know. No discount on future merchandise or anything to remedy the inconvenience, as I had to take the time to ship the used shoes back and go out of my way to do so. On top of that, when I was packing up the order, I found the last person's order paper still in the box with all of their personal information! So unprofessional. This company is careless and sells used merchandise presented as new. BEWARE!

No returns I bought shoes from the website. They were not waterproof as advertised. I used them for a day and wanted to return them, but they did not accept the return. Poor quality, refused return, shi7e company Company sold me an expensive Mountain Hardware Ghost Whisperer 2 jacket. The cheap zipper fell apart after a few uses and the jacket quality is very poor. I think this is common knowledge at this point. Sunnysports refused to accept a return on the product and gave me a phone number for manufacturers warranty, essentially passing the buck. DO NOT buy anything from this company. They are complete shi7e.

delivery time about one month sunny sports....good company and product line. warning your order will take at least one month to arrive. slowest warehouse on earth. also do not bother calling about your order another 2 day's I heard many times. company cares more about it's stockholders than it's customer's 57% bad ratings is understandable.
