GBTerrible company Terrible company. I specifically called before placing an order to ask if my other items would ship even if one item was on backorder and was told yes they would ship same or next day. 3 days later I received an email saying they were holding my items and they did not have an estimated date when it would ship or they would receive the backordered item. Cancelled immediately and will never order from this company again. Very poor customer service.

GBIf I could give a '0' for stars I… If I could give a '0' for stars I would. We ordered a tent online, received a notification that our card 'did not go through' and therefore we would not get the products ordered. We checked, nothing wrong with the card and even though the order was cancelled they still charged our card for $500. We called multiple times, had countless emails and incredibly poor customer service from all areas shuttled back between Adorama (whoever they are) and Sunnysports, each denying they could do anything to rectify the situation. I wonder if Sunnysports is even an entity.

UAI read the reviews and was hesitant I read the reviews and was hesitant, especially considering that my order was to be shipped to the warehouse of a shipping company to later be sent to Europe, and there was no way I could make a return if they sent the wrong stuff, or damaged, or smth else like that. First of all, this is not a scam. Some old reviews here say it is, but it's not, the shop exists. I decided to give it a go. Ordered a Sierra Designs backpack, with free shipping. Took them a few days to hand the backpack over to UPS, but it was within the indicated timeframe. And then it was successfully shipped first to the warehouse and then over to me in Europe. The backpack I received is of the right model and size, with no damage and no issues whatsoever. The packaging was a simple plastic bag, but it did its job of keeping the backpack intact and also made the cost of my shipment from the US to Ukraine lower since it's not a voluminous box. I am very satisfied. Already ordered another backpack for my gf.

GBGreat Customer Service A great experience. They price-matched a North Face backpack at the one store that had it cheaper then them. Then, 6 days later, they price-matched it again when I found a ridiculous deal on the same pack on a (possibly shady) website even though I had already purchased it from Sunny Sports & it's not their policy to match past purchases. Great customer service. Would definitely use them again.

GBPoor quality, refused return, shi7e company Company sold me an expensive Mountain Hardware Ghost Whisperer 2 jacket. The cheap zipper fell apart after a few uses and the jacket quality is very poor. I think this is common knowledge at this point. Sunnysports refused to accept a return on the product and gave me a phone number for manufacturers warranty, essentially passing the buck. DO NOT buy anything from this company. They are complete shi7e.
