GBScam Scam, don’t order. No address, phone. Could never trace them. I ordered 5 foldable universal screen amplifiers and after 5 weeks never received them. They send emails “it’s on the way” but never received. Afterwards, they stop responding, Found out they’re out of Hong Kong. Go elsewhere.

GBSunny sports return policy I found the products I needed and ordering was easy. They arrived just fine and in a timely manner. I had to return them unfortunately. Don’t believe their return policy. It’s not a full refund. They charged me a $5 tax credit??? And then $13 for shipping. So full refund minus$18. I won’t buy anything from sunny sports again because I will use another company with actual free returns and a true %100 money back guarantee.

GBEverything was good! After reading some bad reviews here, I hesitated to place an order from them. However, due to the sale price of the product, I wanted to give it a chance. And It worked perfectly! While I was placing my order, I added a note about my concern and customer service contacted me immediately via e-mail. Anyways, I got the correct item on time with a good customer service.

GBIf I could give a '0' for stars I… If I could give a '0' for stars I would. We ordered a tent online, received a notification that our card 'did not go through' and therefore we would not get the products ordered. We checked, nothing wrong with the card and even though the order was cancelled they still charged our card for $500. We called multiple times, had countless emails and incredibly poor customer service from all areas shuttled back between Adorama (whoever they are) and Sunnysports, each denying they could do anything to rectify the situation. I wonder if Sunnysports is even an entity.

GBPoor order handling and customer service Placed an order for swim suit on 2/12/22. Received confirmation of order. It shows my cc was charged on 2/12/22. No follow up emails since. 13 days later, still nothing. Checked online and it says BACKORDERED with no other info or options. Pretty lame customer service not to even let the customer know an order is backordered. Fortunately they did not actually charge my cc, so they get 2 stars instead of 1.
