GBTerrible company Terrible company. I specifically called before placing an order to ask if my other items would ship even if one item was on backorder and was told yes they would ship same or next day. 3 days later I received an email saying they were holding my items and they did not have an estimated date when it would ship or they would receive the backordered item. Cancelled immediately and will never order from this company again. Very poor customer service.

GBBe careful, don't trust this site!!! I was placing an order, it said free shipping, but at checkout it charged me anyway. I contacted customer service, they emailed me and said send the order #, price, and delivery address, and they'd deduct it. Like an idiot I placed the order, sent all the info, and they emailed me- NO FREE SHIPPING. That's so dishonest, and I'll be cancelling my order. I have a picture of the boots, and it says free shipping, but they WON'T honor their own words!!

GBCustomer service is horrible Customer service is horrible. Ordered 2 camp chairs and wanted to return and purchase different chairs (more expensive). I told them I had only opened them and realize they were the shorter version of the chair and wanted to exchange them for regular height. I had all original packaging, tags, etc. It took 2 weeks for Return Dept to say they can't accept the return. Why did it take 2 weeks? And why can't items in new condition with original packaging be returned? Never shopping here again.

GBSunny sports return policy I found the products I needed and ordering was easy. They arrived just fine and in a timely manner. I had to return them unfortunately. Don’t believe their return policy. It’s not a full refund. They charged me a $5 tax credit??? And then $13 for shipping. So full refund minus$18. I won’t buy anything from sunny sports again because I will use another company with actual free returns and a true %100 money back guarantee.

GBmy time is worth more than the cost of a shoe and shipping Be aware that if the size is wrong you will have to pay to return it. Their website does not work. The links do not function and the email also does not work. I was finally able to get a hold of customer service, who said she would email a return label to me, but all the email contained was a link to the site - which did not work. When it takes less time to write a review than to accomplish what you need to, it is never good for the company. Go to a big box before you go here.
