After calling and emailing them they corrected the issue and are now sending me the correct jacket with next day air shipping, my ski trip is saved! delivery time about one month sunny sports....good company and product line. warning your order will take at least one month to arrive. slowest warehouse on earth. also do not bother calling about your order another 2 day's I heard many times. company cares more about it's stockholders than it's customer's 57% bad ratings is understandable.

Great experience! Reading all of these negative reviews, I was a little skeptical but wow am I impressed! I placed an order for Grayl water bottles and I had a great experience. My order was easy to place, communication around my order and delivery was very good and my order arrived fast (5 business days from Coast to Coast). The items were packaged with care, they are new, and they work great. I doubt I will need to return anything, and hope I don't have issues if/when I do (according to other comments). I definitely plan to be back.

If I could give a '0' for stars I… If I could give a '0' for stars I would. We ordered a tent online, received a notification that our card 'did not go through' and therefore we would not get the products ordered. We checked, nothing wrong with the card and even though the order was cancelled they still charged our card for $500. We called multiple times, had countless emails and incredibly poor customer service from all areas shuttled back between Adorama (whoever they are) and Sunnysports, each denying they could do anything to rectify the situation. I wonder if Sunnysports is even an entity.
