GBTerrible customer services Terrible customer services. Prior to writing this I read some reviews on Sole customer service. Ten to one harrable frustrating customer service. Reviews suggested not doing business with these folks if you can avoid them. Some of us already have a sole 300 pound junk bolder in our living room that doesn't work. I will not enter my number. These folks are so bad I'm afraid of retaliation!?!

GBUnless you're in Strong Man Competitions...opt out Sole Fitness uses a freight company to deliver their equipment to their customers. Unless you have your own forklift or a moving company, don't plan on getting these 400 lb. treadmills into your home without assistance. From there, if it's going upstairs or downstairs, good luck. This treadmill was dropped off at my garage door, on the opposite side of the front door where the treadmill would be coming inside. It was left on a pallet in my driveway without any assistance from Sole or the freight company. Upon returning the treadmill, you have to get the thing back outside on your own and hope it doesn't snow or rain before the freight company picks it up again.

GBExcellent quality. I bought a Sole Fitness R92 recumbent exercise bike. It is very sturdily built, excellent quality, much better than a Schwinn 230 I'd previously purchased and returned after one day. Assembly is a bit tedious, but straight forward with very clear instructions. The control panel is easy to understand, much better than the Schwinn. Seat is comfortable. Sole Fitness is about the only company were you can even buy a high quality exercise bike right now. The web site says it won't ship for 30 days, and that's what I experienced; it did ship shortly after 30 days.

GBPurchased LCB (2020 model) exercise… Purchased LCB (2020 model) exercise bike on 1/8/2024 that had the power control switch completely missing stated is located beside line cord plug. Called twice agents said there is nothing they can do. Wrote a CHAT request for assistance and they never replied. Now, the only way to completely power off is to unplug and re-plug each time.

GBBe wary of third party support After using my previous elliptical for over 14 years, I did a ton of research before deciding on the E95S from Sole. I opted for the additional fees to have it assembled when delivered. Unfortunately, the second or third time I used it, the legs started jumping track. I called Sole support and a helpful person offered to send a tech to fix it. The third party firm that Sole uses for support has no-showed for multiple appointments and now, three months later, I'm still trying to get someone to show up to fix it. Next time, I'll buy locally from someone that will come to my house and fix it if it doesn't work (especially within weeks of purchase). Disappointing experience for a $2k purchase.
