GBShady Financing As of now I am very unsatisfied with Juiced Bikes financing option with affirm. 1st email enclosed confirmation and approval. Then I got an email stating that they are not accepting purchases made via affirm. Perhaps it would be a REALLY good idea to get the option to apply/pay via affirm out of the pymts option. This is shady. Especially when affirm states that there might be a partial refund. I really wanted to like Juiced Bikes but this is a very bad first impression!

GBBe very careful with this company Be very careful with this company. Their 5 to 7 day time to fill an order is bogus. Customer service indicated perhaps in 4 weeks time. They will charge a restock fee as well just for canceling and order which apparently will take much longer to fulfill relative to what is advertised. In short, your basically screwed once they have your payment.

GBHad two problems Had two problems. Rear fender snapped in two for no reason. Was replaced, but wrong part sent...I modified it to fit. Second, Power was repeatedly lost while riding. Weeks, and several emails later, finally got correct instructions on how to adjust brake handle to avoid kill signal activation. Bike now running great and I love it....but rough start.

NZI would not recommend Juiced Bikes. I would not recommend Juiced Bikes. I brought a Juiced Crosscurrent S and have had nothing but problems. The first battery failed after 150 charges, the second battery failed after 75 charges, both despite following all the rules when charging. The control unit has failed twice and the chain falls off every time I ride it due to a poorly designed chain ring. Juiced Bikes customer service is non existent, they just make poor excuses for what is a cheaply made bike.

GBYou will be blamed for QC issues that 'are common' Bought a juiced bike and after just one year a tiny wire overheated and melted I guess from the throttle mechanism. Unfortunately the entire battery controller system, wheel, and engine in the wheel had to be replaced for over 800 dollars. What a waste of time, money, and materials just for a section of the bike that is 4 inches of wire. When asking for help they blamed me saying "I must have held the throttle for a minute going up hill" for that to happen yet they also said its a common issue. (How? It's an e-bike. The main point is the QC of this connection). Of course no bike shop will touch this bike so I had to do repairs myself. Crazy how poorly put together and designed the bike is. Forgot to mention that when I reported this issue and received a replacement (of course paid for, not covered by them), they sent the wrong part! Its a huge wheel in a huge box, you didn't want to check before sending I guess? PS the original bike I ordered was different from the one received.
