GBI just don't trust a company that posts… I just don't trust a company that posts only 5-star reviews on their website! After owning a Juiced Scrambler for about a year, I sent a review to them that was only 2 stars. For good reason; seat foam that flattened out after a couple months, (I only weigh 140 lbs), non-adjustable seat makes for very uncomfortable pedaling for anyone taller than about 5'5", lack of accessories like a basic rack make it difficult to carry anything, etc. But did they put it on their website? Nope, they only post 5-star reviews which is just plain dishonest and misleading. Sold my Juiced and bought a Himiway, better bike for slightly less money.

GBpay same item twice ordered motor/wheel for hyperscopion. 550.00. package was left on public sidewalk without even a knock @ door. it was stolen. Juice offered a 30% discount on replacment. other large companys refund/replace (amazon/e bay). customer service is good @ juiced. But company is greedy. if item is ordered thru them I suggest you sit outside all day for delivery or YOU will be paying again.

NZI would not recommend Juiced Bikes. I would not recommend Juiced Bikes. I brought a Juiced Crosscurrent S and have had nothing but problems. The first battery failed after 150 charges, the second battery failed after 75 charges, both despite following all the rules when charging. The control unit has failed twice and the chain falls off every time I ride it due to a poorly designed chain ring. Juiced Bikes customer service is non existent, they just make poor excuses for what is a cheaply made bike.

GBBAD shipping policy and restocking fee BAD shipping policy and restocking fee. Read the small print carefully. And customer service really didn't care about my issue. I have read elsewhere how bad their customer service is, and I should have done so before I confirmed it with my purchase experience.

GBYou will be blamed for QC issues that 'are common' Bought a juiced bike and after just one year a tiny wire overheated and melted I guess from the throttle mechanism. Unfortunately the entire battery controller system, wheel, and engine in the wheel had to be replaced for over 800 dollars. What a waste of time, money, and materials just for a section of the bike that is 4 inches of wire. When asking for help they blamed me saying "I must have held the throttle for a minute going up hill" for that to happen yet they also said its a common issue. (How? It's an e-bike. The main point is the QC of this connection). Of course no bike shop will touch this bike so I had to do repairs myself. Crazy how poorly put together and designed the bike is. Forgot to mention that when I reported this issue and received a replacement (of course paid for, not covered by them), they sent the wrong part! Its a huge wheel in a huge box, you didn't want to check before sending I guess? PS the original bike I ordered was different from the one received.
