USI just don't trust a company that posts… I just don't trust a company that posts only 5-star reviews on their website! After owning a Juiced Scrambler for about a year, I sent a review to them that was only 2 stars. For good reason; seat foam that flattened out after a couple months, (I only weigh 140 lbs), non-adjustable seat makes for very uncomfortable pedaling for anyone taller than about 5'5", lack of accessories like a basic rack make it difficult to carry anything, etc. But did they put it on their website? Nope, they only post 5-star reviews which is just plain dishonest and misleading. Sold my Juiced and bought a Himiway, better bike for slightly less money.

USI was kinda fkn nervous about my… I was kinda fkn nervous about my purchase when something went wrong and I read that their customer service was bad. Initially it took a couple of days for them to respond but they sent me a tail light because mine was defective and fenders. It turned out there was a bigger issue and they exchanged my bike for a brand new one!!! I am waiting to receive my replacement hyperscorpion and im pretty damn happy it wasnt as bad as some of these reviews I see.

USBe very careful with this company Be very careful with this company. Their 5 to 7 day time to fill an order is bogus. Customer service indicated perhaps in 4 weeks time. They will charge a restock fee as well just for canceling and order which apparently will take much longer to fulfill relative to what is advertised. In short, your basically screwed once they have your payment.

USShady Financing As of now I am very unsatisfied with Juiced Bikes financing option with affirm. 1st email enclosed confirmation and approval. Then I got an email stating that they are not accepting purchases made via affirm. Perhaps it would be a REALLY good idea to get the option to apply/pay via affirm out of the pymts option. This is shady. Especially when affirm states that there might be a partial refund. I really wanted to like Juiced Bikes but this is a very bad first impression!

USDon't trust this company, worst warranty practices. Don't trust this company! My Ocean Current had an electrical fire and I still couldn't get a replacement! My faith in humanity has gone up in black smoke just like that first ride on a Juiced Bike. It took half a year to get it repaired. Correspondence was like screaming into the void of space, only to receive faulty parts with damaged insulation. I'll never make large purchases upfront again in my life.
