GBHad two problems Had two problems. Rear fender snapped in two for no reason. Was replaced, but wrong part sent...I modified it to fit. Second, Power was repeatedly lost while riding. Weeks, and several emails later, finally got correct instructions on how to adjust brake handle to avoid kill signal activation. Bike now running great and I love it....but rough start.

GBCan't get a response from customer service I'm trying to get a part # for my Logan brakes, I need brake pads on my Ripcurrent S. They don't show any info on Logan brakes on there web site, No Email response, When I called I was on hold 3rd in line, 2nd, next, Then I get a message saying you can send a online request, Good bye, click, they hang up after 25 min on hold. I will not suggest Juiced bikes to others anymore, I will warn them about poor customer service.

GBDon't trust this company, worst warranty practices. Don't trust this company! My Ocean Current had an electrical fire and I still couldn't get a replacement! My faith in humanity has gone up in black smoke just like that first ride on a Juiced Bike. It took half a year to get it repaired. Correspondence was like screaming into the void of space, only to receive faulty parts with damaged insulation. I'll never make large purchases upfront again in my life.

GBYou will be blamed for QC issues that 'are common' Bought a juiced bike and after just one year a tiny wire overheated and melted I guess from the throttle mechanism. Unfortunately the entire battery controller system, wheel, and engine in the wheel had to be replaced for over 800 dollars. What a waste of time, money, and materials just for a section of the bike that is 4 inches of wire. When asking for help they blamed me saying "I must have held the throttle for a minute going up hill" for that to happen yet they also said its a common issue. (How? It's an e-bike. The main point is the QC of this connection). Of course no bike shop will touch this bike so I had to do repairs myself. Crazy how poorly put together and designed the bike is. Forgot to mention that when I reported this issue and received a replacement (of course paid for, not covered by them), they sent the wrong part! Its a huge wheel in a huge box, you didn't want to check before sending I guess? PS the original bike I ordered was different from the one received.

GBFINALLY GOT A RESPONSE Due to an accident, my wife's handlebars were destroyed. Attempted to call customer service 20 times over two weeks. No one answers. Sent repeated emails from the juiced website requesting assistance from their "customer service". Have not received one response from them. Their customer service department DOES NOT EXIST. UPDATE: My email from August 9th was answered on August 22nd. In their email they apologized for their long delay in responding. They told me the part I needed was being processed. They would contact me when it was shipped.
