Had two problems Had two problems. Rear fender snapped in two for no reason. Was replaced, but wrong part sent...I modified it to fit. Second, Power was repeatedly lost while riding. Weeks, and several emails later, finally got correct instructions on how to adjust brake handle to avoid kill signal activation. Bike now running great and I love it....but rough start.

Great Bike So far my bike is operating a advertised. Great quality and value. The customer service is amazing and they definitely stand behind their product. Had a couple of minor issues such as scratched paint and broken fender caused by the front tire that broke loose from the packaging strap and a headlight that did not work. They immediately addressed the issue and provided a gift card for the inconvenience. I highly recommend doing business with Juiced Bikes!

pay same item twice ordered motor/wheel for hyperscopion. 550.00. package was left on public sidewalk without even a knock @ door. it was stolen. Juice offered a 30% discount on replacment. other large companys refund/replace (amazon/e bay). customer service is good @ juiced. But company is greedy. if item is ordered thru them I suggest you sit outside all day for delivery or YOU will be paying again.

I would not recommend Juiced Bikes. I would not recommend Juiced Bikes. I brought a Juiced Crosscurrent S and have had nothing but problems. The first battery failed after 150 charges, the second battery failed after 75 charges, both despite following all the rules when charging. The control unit has failed twice and the chain falls off every time I ride it due to a poorly designed chain ring. Juiced Bikes customer service is non existent, they just make poor excuses for what is a cheaply made bike.

Can't get a response from customer service I'm trying to get a part # for my Logan brakes, I need brake pads on my Ripcurrent S. They don't show any info on Logan brakes on there web site, No Email response, When I called I was on hold 3rd in line, 2nd, next, Then I get a message saying you can send a online request, Good bye, click, they hang up after 25 min on hold. I will not suggest Juiced bikes to others anymore, I will warn them about poor customer service.
