If I could give negative stars I would If I could give negative stars I would. Sketchy and rude are the key descriptors for their customer service. I ordered a pair of jackson freestyle boots with an aspire blade. I got an email 2 days later stating that the combo was out of stock and asking if I would agree to a free “upgrade” The “upgrade” email threw a model number at me (no mention of a boot model name) and followed with detailed information about the fact the Aspire XP blade (they identified the blade by name though) would not be attached and I would need to have it mounted. I believed that I was being offered an upgraded blade with the same boot but I would have to have the upgraded blade mounted. So I agreed. (Big mistake as it turns out) The next day I got an email stating that the original boot/blade combo I ordered had been shipped. I emailed them again and asked directly if the original order had been shipped or the freestyle boot with the Aspire XP blade unmounted had been shipped. They responded again with a model number (no model name) and an assurance that the Aspire XP blade (named the blade though) we agreed on had shipped (BTW: this was probably the moment when they should have mentioned that the model number they kept throwing at me was NOT a freestyle boot). The skates arrived and that’s when I discovered they sent me Premier boots (3 levels stiffness higher than what I originally ordered and rated for double jumps) and Aspire XP blades. I emailed them (because there’s no way to actually call them) and told them they sent the wrong boots. I got a curt reply that I agreed to those boots and a screen shot that looked nothing like what I saw when they emailed the request for a free “upgrade”. I emailed back and told them I thought they were just upgrading the blades and that also Premier boots rated for double jumps were not a reasonable substitution for freestyle boots rated for single jumps. I explained I never would have agreed to that substitution if I had realized that’s what they were suggesting. No reasonable person would have agreed. No reasonable dealer would have suggested it. They emailed me back that I agreed to those boots. I emailed again; explained that the boots they sent weren’t even close to a range that my kid can break in. They emailed me back that they sent me “better” boots that I agreed to accept and stated they did “nothing wrong”. I emailed back and explained why boots 3 levels stiffer than the ones I ordered are not actually “better” and again pointed out that it was not a reasonable substitution and they should have known that. This was followed by more curt and rude emails from them stonewalling me that I agreed to the substitution and ending with a curt email with a return label their return policy which is rife with nasty warnings about return and will leave me $40 deficient from whole because I will not be reimbursed for the shipping to me or back to them. And did I mention that they are incredibly curt and rude? If you order anything from them allow me to suggest that you turn down any requests for substitutions from them and hope that what you get in the mail is what you wanted and you don’t have to return it. Personally I will never order anything from them again. Total waste of my time and money and I am livid.

If I could give no stars I would If I could give no stars I would. The first pair of skates I ordered had a screw in the footbed that punctured my wife's foot. When I notified the company all they did was offer to let me return them. They didn't ask how she was, or what they could do to make it right. Then I ordered a replacement pair. They canceled my order and didn't notify. I emailed them 2 weeks later and got some rude email saying it was canceled the day I ordered it. Who does that? Who would refuse money for a product they are selling and not give reason or notification as to why. They are terrible. That's why there's no customer support phone number because they don't want to hear your complaints and they can screen emails. Awful company don't waste your time or money.

This vendor lacks integrity I bought a set of skates In Nov. 2021 that did not quite fit. I returned them in perfect condition. I did not get the full return price. They deducted $30 for shipping. I was forced to file an A-Z claim with Amazon to get my $30 back. Amazon told me they should have refunded the whole amount including the shipping fee. I am concerned that most people are not aware of this policy so just forewarning you about this vendor.

Terrible customer service Terrible customer service. This is my third review after my experience trying to buy skates from skate.guru because they keep deleting my reviews. When trying to become a customer they denied me service and have been rude and unhelpful. I only wanted to find out about skate sizing. Are they racist? Sexist? What's the reason? I guess I'll never know and they'll probably work to get this deleted too.

Pricing Error Ordered skates for my daughter for about $80. A week later I get an email that says there was a pricing error and that I could either have my money refunded or I could pay the $40 additional to cover the difference (original price was supposed to be $120 plus tax but obviously they didn't have it on their website at this price when I ordered). I emailed them back and asked if they could honor the price since it was now a week later and it was the price that they had listed on their site. The only reply I get back is that they are refunding my credit card. I think most stores would honor it if it truly was a pricing error, especially since it was almost a week later and they should be able to cover $40 in lost revenue for the sake of good customer service :(
