GBGreat customer service My skates arrived sharpened and oiled and good to go. Shipping could have been a wee bit faster. BUT since we are on opposite coasts, I was ok with it. They also forgot to add my free skate guards as part of their promo but they promptly shipped them out to me and I got those in like a day. Definitely recommend. I chose them over amazon because they are the skates guru after all.
