Great customer service My skates arrived sharpened and oiled and good to go. Shipping could have been a wee bit faster. BUT since we are on opposite coasts, I was ok with it. They also forgot to add my free skate guards as part of their promo but they promptly shipped them out to me and I got those in like a day. Definitely recommend. I chose them over amazon because they are the skates guru after all.

If I could give no stars I would If I could give no stars I would. The first pair of skates I ordered had a screw in the footbed that punctured my wife's foot. When I notified the company all they did was offer to let me return them. They didn't ask how she was, or what they could do to make it right. Then I ordered a replacement pair. They canceled my order and didn't notify. I emailed them 2 weeks later and got some rude email saying it was canceled the day I ordered it. Who does that? Who would refuse money for a product they are selling and not give reason or notification as to why. They are terrible. That's why there's no customer support phone number because they don't want to hear your complaints and they can screen emails. Awful company don't waste your time or money.

My experience was pretty basic My experience was pretty basic. I didn't ask any questions to the site but I had concerns that the sizing chart might not be true to fit. So I bought the next size up which fits but I believe the proper size according to the chart would've fit well. I basically took a risk and I'm international which I believe refunds internationally are not done. Overall it's a good quality skate but I bought new (better) laces for it and I wish it was more snug at the middle of my feet.
