GBVery poor Customer service Very poor website especially when looking for shoes. Customer service stinks. Prices are fair but the time to complete shopping is not worth it. Apparently they have a new website but LOST past clients information. Give me a break!

GBBuyer Beware! Prices on Walmart.com supplied by Golf HQ are not always what they advertise! I went on line at Walmart.com to look at TaylorMade Stealth Driver prices and thought what I was buying was a really good price even knowing new technologies will be out in the next couple months. After Golf HQ billed my credit card, was sent an e-mail that they had canceled my order due to a pricing error on their end. They have yet to issue a credit and though I incurred time in expense in testing a similar club at the PGA superstore, was told by the GM at Golf HQ that there's is nothing they can do.

GBTimely service as promised I appreciated receiving my new Dry-Joy DNA golf shoes from your company. The order arrived as promised, and I thought the value was excellent. I appreciated the free two-day UPS Ground service along with the tracking information. The only negative that I have is that I receive too many emails from your company. I think you would be better served by sending only one email per week with the specials for that week included. I hope you will accept this input as constructive criticism, as that is how it is intended. Thank you for the opportunity to provide feedback! GM
