GBDo not buy from these guys Do not buy from these guys. Complete fraudsters. Ordered a Puma 1/4 zip . At least I used PayPal. Zero communication 3 weeks later. No email response. Live chat is down. You will not be able to login to any account. Filed a complaint with PayPal. Had to escalate two weeks later. What will get their attention is a complaint filed with the CFPB. Consumer Fraud and Protection Bureau. Let all parties know you did this. They must give a response once the CFPB open a complaint file on them. This got someone’s attention. Got a refund via PayPal within 30 minutes.

GBPlace will steal your money Have to warn you DO NOT engage business here. I tried to order a single iron through them and had the worst experience. Not only did the club never arrive, they lied about it being shipped and then they lied that they would refund my order. It’s been 3 months now, I don’t have my money back nor the club and like cowards, they have stopped responding to my requests for an update. They basically steal hard earned money from folks. There’s a lot of resellers out there, don’t waste your time with this place and lose a ton of money.

GBif you expect performance do not buy… if you expect performance do not buy from this site. Received damaged merchandise. Sent multiple e mails no response until I got pay pal involved.. Had to return my club at my expense. Waiting for a paypal return of my purchase price still out 37 dollars. maybe this is Texas style: multiple emails : undeliverable. Buyer beware . They appear to not care.

GBI won't buy from this site ever again. I ordered golf bag ($209.95) on 6/23/2020. After immediate charge on my paypal account and order confirmation email, there is no item showing, no order status change. Today is 7/08/2020. It is 15th day after ordering. No response to numerous phone call. No email response.

GBWish I could give 0 stars Wish I could give 0 stars for the horrible customer service and overall communication. Placed an order in December and was not provided any updates or information along the way. I had to keep reaching out via email since they do not answer their phones and delivery date kept getting pushed back for one reason or another. Eventually they said they were not able to fill my order and would refund my purchase March 16. I waited and reminded them to refund my money and they kept saying they were working on it. Luckily I paid via PayPal and was able to submit a dispute April 17 and won the dispute to receive a refund April 18. I would never purchase from them again and will deter whoever I can to not have to deal with such an unprofessional “company.”
