Scam operation Scam operation. Ordered head covers but never received them. The “chat” Option on their website is a fake. Sent email and got no response. I suspected something was up when the first and only email I got wouldn’t give me shipping status unless I gave them essentially all my personal information (I purchased with PayPal). The positive reviews here are fake!

Total scam and a rip off! Don’t order! Tried to buy a product online on July 6th. They didn’t have product so asked to select substitute. I did this and heard nothing further. Finally got email on 10/13 confirming FedEx delivery on 8/14. Why did it take 2 months to tell me of delivery? Just enough time to go past credit card dispute time. Total scam and rip off. Wish I had read reviews before ordering from a company like this. YOU WILL BE RIPPED OFF!

Surprised, But Happy Against my better judgement, based on these reviews, I ordered a 54 degree wedge from their website. It was to my house within a week and was the right club. So I guess it's a five-star experience for me, but I'm not sure why I got my club right away and others don't get the same experience. Good luck.

Ordered a replacement 2016 G pitching… Ordered a replacement 2016 G pitching wedge (PW), order confirmation email received the next day. Because of the scam comments here, I had expected the worse, but two weeks later I received shipment notification with tracking info. I’m happy I gave them a chance…got my PW back in the bag!

Wish I could give 0 stars Wish I could give 0 stars for the horrible customer service and overall communication. Placed an order in December and was not provided any updates or information along the way. I had to keep reaching out via email since they do not answer their phones and delivery date kept getting pushed back for one reason or another. Eventually they said they were not able to fill my order and would refund my purchase March 16. I waited and reminded them to refund my money and they kept saying they were working on it. Luckily I paid via PayPal and was able to submit a dispute April 17 and won the dispute to receive a refund April 18. I would never purchase from them again and will deter whoever I can to not have to deal with such an unprofessional “company.”
