GBOrdered two replacement Ping irons … Ordered two replacement Ping irons which stated would need 2-3 days to fulfill. They Promptly billed me for my order yet two weeks has gone by and nothing has shipped. Most companies do not bill until the items have shipped. I haven't even gotten an update on my order since I was billed. I'm writing this review because I received an email asking me to provide feedback.

GBRecent reviews had me concerned but turned out OK Poor recent reviews had me concerned. Website does indicate payment is taken upon ordering and product will ship directly from manufacturer in two to three days. Little riskier than payment upon actual shipping. I contacted PayPal out of concern when order status didn't change from "awaiting shipping" after three days and phone went to voicemail. The next day order status changed to "shipped" and a Fed Ex tracking number was provided that worked and showed package movement on the Fed Ex site. Exact product as advertised was delivered as advised by FedEx. Happy to get this product that no other retailer online has. Well done TGC.

GBif you expect performance do not buy… if you expect performance do not buy from this site. Received damaged merchandise. Sent multiple e mails no response until I got pay pal involved.. Had to return my club at my expense. Waiting for a paypal return of my purchase price still out 37 dollars. maybe this is Texas style: multiple emails : undeliverable. Buyer beware . They appear to not care.

GBDo not buy from these guys Do not buy from these guys. Complete fraudsters. Ordered a Puma 1/4 zip . At least I used PayPal. Zero communication 3 weeks later. No email response. Live chat is down. You will not be able to login to any account. Filed a complaint with PayPal. Had to escalate two weeks later. What will get their attention is a complaint filed with the CFPB. Consumer Fraud and Protection Bureau. Let all parties know you did this. They must give a response once the CFPB open a complaint file on them. This got someone’s attention. Got a refund via PayPal within 30 minutes.

GBTerrible Customer Service This company processes returns very poorly, no response and it’s not automated. I had to put in a request to process the return (only exchanges or credit) but they never followed up after two requests and follow up email. Terrible customer service and you can find the same products from a reputable retailer.
