Scam operation Scam operation. Ordered head covers but never received them. The “chat” Option on their website is a fake. Sent email and got no response. I suspected something was up when the first and only email I got wouldn’t give me shipping status unless I gave them essentially all my personal information (I purchased with PayPal). The positive reviews here are fake!

I am a very frustrated customer I am a very frustrated customer. I placed an order and have not received any shipping confirmation whatsoever. I have called the customer service number 3 times and left a message and NO RESPONSE. After reading the customer reviews, I'm not even sure this is a legit website. They already charged my card and have had NO COMMUNICATION. I am VERY FRUSTRATED! I do not recommend this company.

Terrible Customer Service This company processes returns very poorly, no response and it’s not automated. I had to put in a request to process the return (only exchanges or credit) but they never followed up after two requests and follow up email. Terrible customer service and you can find the same products from a reputable retailer.

Recent reviews had me concerned but turned out OK Poor recent reviews had me concerned. Website does indicate payment is taken upon ordering and product will ship directly from manufacturer in two to three days. Little riskier than payment upon actual shipping. I contacted PayPal out of concern when order status didn't change from "awaiting shipping" after three days and phone went to voicemail. The next day order status changed to "shipped" and a Fed Ex tracking number was provided that worked and showed package movement on the Fed Ex site. Exact product as advertised was delivered as advised by FedEx. Happy to get this product that no other retailer online has. Well done TGC.

Surprised, But Happy Against my better judgement, based on these reviews, I ordered a 54 degree wedge from their website. It was to my house within a week and was the right club. So I guess it's a five-star experience for me, but I'm not sure why I got my club right away and others don't get the same experience. Good luck.
