What era were the PADI elearning… What era were the PADI elearning modules made in? What an incredibly frustrating user experience - 1) the site is outdated and crashes every 2min 2) the videos play and then reload continuously. It already takes 12-15 hours to finish the modules but because the videos keep buffering/reloading its adding an extra 2-3 hrs to my work. Unclear why I paid extra $$$ for this piece of crap.

Elearning sorely lacking @ an outrageous price I've been trying for days to complete the AOW course online and have had only frustration!! Difficulty signing in, resigning in, unwieldy web pages, loss of my quizzes, no access to the final assessment after a brief questions about my OW recollection and a "passed 100%", errors in my eRecord and ABSOLUTELY NO ONLINE HELP AVAILABLE! Literally no customer service if you have a bad experience We had an awful experience with a dive centre and reported to PADI QA process. PADI couldn’t have been any less interested. PADI could have at least refunded us for the e-learning that we had paid for in good faith even if they could not force the centre to issue our refund. Instead they have kept our money despite knowing that we couldn’t complete our course. I cannot understand the poor customer service and lack of support when dive centres do not meet basic standards. It really is a case that once they have your money they do not care.

Beginner dive in Mexico with Jorge Myself and my partner done a beginner dive in Mexico at playa del carman at the Playacar resort are instructor was Jorge He was an amazing instructor, explained everything and was amazing on the dive it was just us 3 and he really looked after us, showed us everything he could It was an amazing experience made perfect because of Jorge Definitely would recommend he puts you at ease and was just so lovely

Dreadful software and cannot be… Dreadful software and cannot be accessed. I'm extremely disappointed with the software. My daughter is booked in to do her Open Water in 5 weeks' time. I've purchased the online course and yet neither of us can access it (whether using Chrome, Explorer or Safari). No live chat or obvious assistance. Absolute waste of money and quite where we go from here remains to be seen.
