MYAwful Web Site, Worse App and non-existent support Good grief! How bad can it be!? Very, apparently. Loggin into the very poorly designed, laid out and implemented web site took a number of attempts. Why so many large adverts? Once I am finally in, guess what, no certifications on record. But, doing a verification check yields all 3 of my certifications, scuba, open water and advanced open water. Trying to raise a support ticket took 3 attempts. Trying to create a Revalidate fails every time with a blank screen. Seriously!? For a global organisation that is supposed to be promoting safe, competent diving and global awareness, this is a massive FAIL! Next step is to switch my certifications to SSI

GBPoor quality online learning. Did not receive all learning materials Poor quality online learning material. Equipment referred to in the learning material that should have been provided as part of the package was not supplied by PADI. I have contacted PADI on 3 separate occasions and have yet to receive a response. Very poor customer service, PADI has no platform for feedback so free to charge extortionate prices and deliver little. Hugely disappointing.

KYElearning sorely lacking @ an outrageous price I've been trying for days to complete the AOW course online and have had only frustration!! Difficulty signing in, resigning in, unwieldy web pages, loss of my quizzes, no access to the final assessment after a brief questions about my OW recollection and a "passed 100%", errors in my eRecord and ABSOLUTELY NO ONLINE HELP AVAILABLE! ESPadi.com fire all your web devs and the… Padi.com fire all your web devs and the company that is managing your website now and hire people that know what they are doing. It's actually not that difficult to produce a decent working website, but yours is the exception For a website to be this bad in 2023 is unbelievable, I'd say it's 20 years since I experienced problems like I am experiencing with Padi.com.

GBPADI centers providing really poor… PADI centers providing really poor experiences and despite PADI being the provider of this courses they refuse to openly take action and help customer. Don't go to PADI unless you want to get drowned! UPDATE Following the bad reviews here they have reply to me bellow as you can see inviting me to have a private conversation. During the conversation they didn't actually offer a solution or something better but instead they have just tried to divert the conversation from public into private so less people to be aware of. Don't do Padi but instead go any alternative!
