What era were the PADI elearning… What era were the PADI elearning modules made in? What an incredibly frustrating user experience - 1) the site is outdated and crashes every 2min 2) the videos play and then reload continuously. It already takes 12-15 hours to finish the modules but because the videos keep buffering/reloading its adding an extra 2-3 hrs to my work. Unclear why I paid extra $$$ for this piece of crap.

Received Padi Club membership offer in… Received Padi Club membership offer in the mail today, decided to look at reviews online before spending the $29.95 to sign up. Glad I did! So many recent reviews stating the site it pretty much useless. I'm confused, how could a powerful reputable organization like PADI let an important tool slip through the cracks?

Dear Padi company / team that are… Dear Padi company / team that are responsible for making their website and app, Do better. Provide a more intuitive experience when using your products. Ask your users how they would like to use your tools. Create user flow diagrams to understand the user stories of your customers. Most of all don’t hire a cheap terrible company or person to make your products as it really effects your organization’s image.

Elearning sorely lacking @ an outrageous price I've been trying for days to complete the AOW course online and have had only frustration!! Difficulty signing in, resigning in, unwieldy web pages, loss of my quizzes, no access to the final assessment after a brief questions about my OW recollection and a "passed 100%", errors in my eRecord and ABSOLUTELY NO ONLINE HELP AVAILABLE! Hugely frustrating Hugely frustrating. I completed a very expensive course and did not receive a ‘card’ assuming it would simply be on my profile on the PADI site (which I have with my photo and certificate number). However they are trying to charge me for a replacement e-card at £42. They should already provide this e-card on your profile upon completion of their qualification. If I complete the course, I expect proof of the qualification as standard. Hugely disappointing here. A pure money maker and not much else. The one star given here is on the generous side
