Hugely frustrating Hugely frustrating. I completed a very expensive course and did not receive a ‘card’ assuming it would simply be on my profile on the PADI site (which I have with my photo and certificate number). However they are trying to charge me for a replacement e-card at £42. They should already provide this e-card on your profile upon completion of their qualification. If I complete the course, I expect proof of the qualification as standard. Hugely disappointing here. A pure money maker and not much else. The one star given here is on the generous side

I straight-up refuse to teach under PADI anymore, i tell people Ill do recerts under SSI or nothing. DO NOT CERTIFY UNDER PADI, GO TO SSI! or you will have nothing but problems in the future

Granadilla Diving Tenerife wow what an… Granadilla Diving Tenerife wow what an instructor Zeke is. I'm 55 getting on a bit haha. I started from a novice now I'm a AOW with navigation, peak buoyancy, deep dive, DPV and drysuit specialities. He's helped me through all of them specially the drysuit which I struggled hard to do and I wanted to give up on but Zekes patience and tuition got me through it.

Awful Web Site, Worse App and non-existent support Good grief! How bad can it be!? Very, apparently. Loggin into the very poorly designed, laid out and implemented web site took a number of attempts. Why so many large adverts? Once I am finally in, guess what, no certifications on record. But, doing a verification check yields all 3 of my certifications, scuba, open water and advanced open water. Trying to raise a support ticket took 3 attempts. Trying to create a Revalidate fails every time with a blank screen. Seriously!? For a global organisation that is supposed to be promoting safe, competent diving and global awareness, this is a massive FAIL! Next step is to switch my certifications to SSI

Dear Padi company / team that are… Dear Padi company / team that are responsible for making their website and app, Do better. Provide a more intuitive experience when using your products. Ask your users how they would like to use your tools. Create user flow diagrams to understand the user stories of your customers. Most of all don’t hire a cheap terrible company or person to make your products as it really effects your organization’s image.
