They advertise no cost returns on shoes… They advertise no cost returns on shoes but then you have to pay for shipping. They’re alright, but the other lacrosse vendors seem to work harder to keep loyal customers. In 2018, simply shipping customers what they bought doesn’t inspire loyalty.

Glad to take your money.. Glad to take your money... but will not help you with any issues. Ordered items. There was fine print stating that one of the items will be delayed. Confirmation did not state. Only when shipping the items did was it identified that it would be late. Company stated that they were unwilling to help or even try to make this work for us. In essence, they are willing to be a middleman but only when it is convenient to them.

What a great site What a great site! Support was very helpful. My son had Trice custom string his head and he said it's the best ever!! He had a great conversation with Trice on the phone and he was really impressed with how in depth the questions were that he was asked. I'd absolutely recommend your site and the custom stringing experience!

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY I ordered Box LAX rib pads for my son. They didn't arrive after two weeks. My son was playing games and getting badly hurt. I emailed customer service (I could not get through on the phone) and explained that we could not buy these pads locally and could they quick ship a replacement so he would not get hurt in another game. Nothing happened. I had to call them and they did not stand behind the order and said I would have to wait for an investigation w/ UPS that could take a LONG time. If they had contacted me sooner I could have ordered from another website regular shipping, but because of their non-response I had to pay an extra $32 to overnight from another site.

Bought to replace worn out M3 Gloves My son wanted these gloves to replace the Maverik M3s that he has been wearing. We tried these in a 12 first, but they were a little small (5’6 12 year old) so we reordered a 13. This pair was a little bit big, but I think they will fit perfectly by next season. He likes the extra thumb protection in the M4 compared to the M3. Super fast shipping! Even with reordering the new size he still got them in time for his weekend lax tournament. Customer service was very friendly & helpful with the return process.
