Easy checkout, speedy delivery I was very impressed by the fact that I only had to click a few buttons( I entered basic info. on earlier purchase) and my order was placed. More impressive was the fact that I ordered it from the west coast on Saturday and received it on Monday! I'm not sure how they managed to do that while the entire Northeast US was suffering terrible winter conditions but, my son was very happy to receive his LAX head so quickly.

Great, I had a last minute change, and they worked it out I had placed an order one evening, then realized I needed more of the item, but didn't want to pay for shipping twice. I submitted a second order including all that I needed, hoping I could cancel the first order. I sent an email knowing they were closed, but hoping they would catch it before first order went out. They did, it was much appreciated. I've had positive experiences in the past as well.

Purchased a StringKing LAX shaft and… Purchased a StringKing LAX shaft and pre strung head. I thought I was getting a ok deal even with the included shipping and handling costs to get the product to Canada. However, SportStop does not disclose that the high shipping cost that they charge does not cover an additional charge that the carrier (FedEx in my case) will charge you after the parcel has been delivered for “administration/processing fee” for it to enter Canada. This cost me an additional $104.78 I tried to reach out to SportStop to discuss…..zero response.

Will not stand behind return policy Bought a pair of gloves, tried them on and they did not fit, so we sent them back and they charged a restocking fee. The item was new and unused. Do not shop here you will not get a full refund if you need to return it.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY I ordered Box LAX rib pads for my son. They didn't arrive after two weeks. My son was playing games and getting badly hurt. I emailed customer service (I could not get through on the phone) and explained that we could not buy these pads locally and could they quick ship a replacement so he would not get hurt in another game. Nothing happened. I had to call them and they did not stand behind the order and said I would have to wait for an investigation w/ UPS that could take a LONG time. If they had contacted me sooner I could have ordered from another website regular shipping, but because of their non-response I had to pay an extra $32 to overnight from another site.
