Avoid Sportstop.com Avoid Sportstop.com. Purchased a head from them end of October. Early January it split. They sent a replacement that then split first use out of the box in the first 30 minutes of use. Refused to replace again or issue a refund, which was the preferred action.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY I ordered Box LAX rib pads for my son. They didn't arrive after two weeks. My son was playing games and getting badly hurt. I emailed customer service (I could not get through on the phone) and explained that we could not buy these pads locally and could they quick ship a replacement so he would not get hurt in another game. Nothing happened. I had to call them and they did not stand behind the order and said I would have to wait for an investigation w/ UPS that could take a LONG time. If they had contacted me sooner I could have ordered from another website regular shipping, but because of their non-response I had to pay an extra $32 to overnight from another site.

Bought shoelaces and they sent only … Bought shoelaces and they sent only ONE, and the one they sent had no end tip to lace your shoe! Plus they charged $4.00 to mail a 1/4 ounce package! What a rip off

Needed to dispute the charge with my Credit Card Company to get my money back Sports Stop sent a faulty product and would not refund my money. I had a similar experience to others. They are great on the shipping and selling. Good luck if you want a refund or they make a mistake The details is they sent a defensive shaft that had the grip coating break down so that it felt like it was covered in honey. They did not want it back, and eventually refunded me for the cost of the stick. They would not refund the shipping. Sport Stop admitted in email that they knew about the issue for this particular brand of stick, and that they did not quality control the product before they sent it out. They actually sent me customer reviews that said they had an issue as an excuse as to why I should pay the shipping costs for a product that is in the trash can. Pretty much pathetic.

Will not stand behind return policy Bought a pair of gloves, tried them on and they did not fit, so we sent them back and they charged a restocking fee. The item was new and unused. Do not shop here you will not get a full refund if you need to return it.
