Disappointed in the warranty I purchased the X7 Max for my son for Christmas. He took it to college with him and within a month the front tire went flat and would not hold air. I emailed customer service and they did respond quickly but let me know that the tire is not covered under warranty and I would have to purchase a new one for $16 (shipping $15). Just as a point of customer service, it seems that they would replace the inner tube and eat the $5 that it probably costs them. But they didn't and I have a really bad taste in my mouth for this company. I have another son going to college this year and guess which company I will not be purchasing another scooter from?? This one!

Even when I had called the customer service line and wasn’t able to get ahold of somebody, I received follow-up calls and emails to ensure my issue was solved. The technical team also did an above & beyond job by diagnosing my issue once I had sent photos & videos of what was going on.
