Very slow Very slow. I placed an order on February 25th for an "in-stock" item in hopes of using it on an upcoming dive trip. It took until March 13th (14 business days) for my item to ship, and as of March 14th, I still don't have it. Needless to say, my order won't make it in time for my dive trip.

Avoid unless you like a gamble Avoid great if they have what you order in stock if not getting your money back requires making a claim on your credit card or going to small claims court even if they send you an email telling you they are refunding. They never send the money and even have the cheek to challenge the credit card claim.

Scam company,dont buy,its… Scam company,dont buy,its gambling.Ordered Nomad dive system without battery on 2023 11 27.never received it.order nr NL 17221171.after many calls and mails nothing.only promises.i reported about this problem my Bank and they solved my problem in 2024 march. Bank send my money back.to be safe the best is to pay via credit card or Paypal.

Item not received. My item was “delivered” aka returned to sender. I never received my item. I never received any follow up communication from movesea. I attempted to chat online with someone but it took several hours for someone to be available. They said I would receive another shipment but that has never happened. Unfortunately, I did not receive my item. It seems I may need to pursue a charge back with my credit card company due to no item and no communication.
