GBpurchasing a ebike I purchased a e-bike that said it got delivered and received. But it got delivered to Barcelona not to Hawai’i. I spoke with a UPS supervisor as well, and she had told me they sent it back to the original place it came from. Spent over $1,000. One of the customer service agents had said that they would be able to send a shipping label either the same day or the next day for a new tracking on a different mail carrier, but I didn’t get anything, so I decided to try and cancel it, but I get no response from anyone after trying to cancel it. So I am still waiting on a response from the company. I am getting these automated how was your delivery, but I haven’t even received it. It has been 3 days since I got a delivered email and I’m still trying to get my money back.

GBAvoid unless you like a gamble Avoid great if they have what you order in stock if not getting your money back requires making a claim on your credit card or going to small claims court even if they send you an email telling you they are refunding. They never send the money and even have the cheek to challenge the credit card claim.

DEGood online shop They were friendly, and I think the prices were good. I bought some fins, but I'm not an expert in diving, just a regular person picking up fins for some casual snorkeling.
