GBSuper cute and comfy! The skates are gorgeous and ride effortlessly. The online photos don't do them justice. The color is SO vibrant! They'll need "breaking in" like any other new shoe would, but they seem comfortable on my feet and fit well. My only complaint is I ordered during a free skate strap giveaway and didn't recieve my strap with my order.

GBNever shipped my skates Never shipped my skates. Never responded to emails. I finally just canceled my payment through PayPal. I don’t recommend this site at all. I think it’s a giant scam.

GBIf I could use zero stars I would If I could use zero stars I would. This company said they shipped my skates through FedEx and sent me a tracking number. OK. I waited about two weeks and the tracking number never updated that it had arrived at the FedEx facility. At this point, I want my money back. I asked for a refund through email since that’s the only form of contact that they give you. Nobody said a word to me. They emailed me asking me to review the crap that they never sent and never took the time to say hey we’ll issue a refund since you didn’t get the product. They ghosted me. They had my money and oh well. The saving grace for me was I used Affirm to purchase their product. I had to file a dispute with Affirm and God bless them because that’s how I got my money back. If you look this company up, they’ve changed names a couple of times and they are not a member of any better business Bureau but they’ve been hammered truly hammered about their customer service and their product as well and had I known that I would’ve never purchased in the first place, but since I know, I’m trying to get out there to do business with this company .They are thief’s.

GBStole my return I returned skates 2 months ago after paying their return ship fee by invoice and they have not provided my refund AND will not respond to me or the better business bureau. I confirmed the skates were returned per package tracking. They were not worn and were received within the return period.

GBLack of Communication I placed an order as a Christmas gift. Per the website, the skates should have shipped in about five days; well, it took 16 days because the skates were -- unbeknownst to me -- on backorder. My biggest issue was the lack of communication, didn't know the skates were on backorder until I had emailed the company four times inquiring about the skates, especially since I had received two requests for a review. I truthfully thought I had been scammed; not a good look.
