Stole my return I returned skates 2 months ago after paying their return ship fee by invoice and they have not provided my refund AND will not respond to me or the better business bureau. I confirmed the skates were returned per package tracking. They were not worn and were received within the return period.

I was missing some laces but they sent those within days to me with the bag that was out of stock, which they notified me right away when they had them again good thing cause they had special on them. This company is a scam This company is a scam! I ordered skates two months ago and still have not received. They emailed me one time and said and I quote “oops, so sorry hun looks like your package got lost in transit, this happens all the time, I’ll ship you another one today”. I emailed them back and asked for the tracking number no response. I emailed them back telling them I support them I just need my tracking number, they still didn’t respond. I filed a claim with PayPal and got my money back. PayPal said they didn’t respond to them either. What a waste.

Super cute and comfy! The skates are gorgeous and ride effortlessly. The online photos don't do them justice. The color is SO vibrant! They'll need "breaking in" like any other new shoe would, but they seem comfortable on my feet and fit well. My only complaint is I ordered during a free skate strap giveaway and didn't recieve my strap with my order.
