They made sure I was sent the right size and were so kind about my mistake. The skates fit perfectly and they’re absolutely beautiful! I can’t wait to start learning a few tricks now that I have skates that aren’t so old the ball bearings are falling out 😂

GBNever shipped my skates Never shipped my skates. Never responded to emails. I finally just canceled my payment through PayPal. I don’t recommend this site at all. I think it’s a giant scam.

GBGreat Customer Service and Products This ended up being an all around good experience. After a week I reached out because my order only showed that a label was created and no other updates. They got back to me within an hour and said that it usually means the order has been lost by FedEx. The promptly sent out a whole new order and I received it within a few days.

GBSatisfied Customer Satisfied customer, Foxy Skates got my skates to me really fast. I was missing some laces but they sent those within days to me with the bag that was out of stock, which they notified me right away when they had them again good thing cause they had special on them. Customer service was awesome they answered and accomplished my order with no problems or delays. Thank you

GBI was excited for my purchase to… I was excited for my purchase to arrive. It has arrived but I am missing two items that we're ordered. When I made the purchase I was given a 2-5 day window to receive however it took longer than that. I do want to purchase another pair but do not want to have issues again like this current order.
