Regardless of the issues customer service has been amazing I was unfortunately sent the wrong color/style skates and had noticed that one of the trucks was loose on the right foot. I contacted the company and they immediately sent me a printable prepaid shipping return label. I just shipped them back yesterday and I'm currently awaiting the correct style that I ordered originally. So far contact with customer service has been amazing, and I'm eagerly awaiting my new skates from Fox Skates. I will update my review once I receive them! 😁

Satisfied Customer Satisfied customer, Foxy Skates got my skates to me really fast. I was missing some laces but they sent those within days to me with the bag that was out of stock, which they notified me right away when they had them again good thing cause they had special on them. Customer service was awesome they answered and accomplished my order with no problems or delays. Thank you

Stellar Customer Service I ordered the black skates from the OG collection not realizing that they were pre-order. I emailed over the weekend from the contact us page about when I should expect them and that Sunday I received an email offering my other options. I selected a new pair and they were shipped out as soon as I choose another pair. I received them very quickly and I can't wait to use them. I'll definitely be ordering another pair.
