Great Customer Service I ordered the wrong size on accident and reached out to customer service as soon as I noticed. They were SUPER nice and helpful! They made sure I was sent the right size and were so kind about my mistake. The skates fit perfectly and they’re absolutely beautiful! I can’t wait to start learning a few tricks now that I have skates that aren’t so old the ball bearings are falling out 😂

Super cute and comfy! The skates are gorgeous and ride effortlessly. The online photos don't do them justice. The color is SO vibrant! They'll need "breaking in" like any other new shoe would, but they seem comfortable on my feet and fit well. My only complaint is I ordered during a free skate strap giveaway and didn't recieve my strap with my order.

Never shipped my skates Never shipped my skates. Never responded to emails. I finally just canceled my payment through PayPal. I don’t recommend this site at all. I think it’s a giant scam.

Worst customer service ever I have no idea how these people who wrote positive reviews got a response from customer service. I’ve emailed multiple times. I’m sent DMs on their social media. I’ve filled out the form on the website. Crickets. No response. My order was wrong. They sent a defective product. There is no way to contact them to get it corrected. This is the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. I’ll never order from Foxy again.

Satisfied Customer Satisfied customer, Foxy Skates got my skates to me really fast. I was missing some laces but they sent those within days to me with the bag that was out of stock, which they notified me right away when they had them again good thing cause they had special on them. Customer service was awesome they answered and accomplished my order with no problems or delays. Thank you
