Stole my return I returned skates 2 months ago after paying their return ship fee by invoice and they have not provided my refund AND will not respond to me or the better business bureau. I confirmed the skates were returned per package tracking. They were not worn and were received within the return period.

Customer service I haven’t received my skates yet but the customer service alone has been amazing. The response time and kindness shown has been so comforting knowing I’m being taken care of!

Worst customer service ever I have no idea how these people who wrote positive reviews got a response from customer service. I’ve emailed multiple times. I’m sent DMs on their social media. I’ve filled out the form on the website. Crickets. No response. My order was wrong. They sent a defective product. There is no way to contact them to get it corrected. This is the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. I’ll never order from Foxy again.

I was excited for my purchase to… I was excited for my purchase to arrive. It has arrived but I am missing two items that we're ordered. When I made the purchase I was given a 2-5 day window to receive however it took longer than that. I do want to purchase another pair but do not want to have issues again like this current order.

If I could use zero stars I would If I could use zero stars I would. This company said they shipped my skates through FedEx and sent me a tracking number. OK. I waited about two weeks and the tracking number never updated that it had arrived at the FedEx facility. At this point, I want my money back. I asked for a refund through email since that’s the only form of contact that they give you. Nobody said a word to me. They emailed me asking me to review the crap that they never sent and never took the time to say hey we’ll issue a refund since you didn’t get the product. They ghosted me. They had my money and oh well. The saving grace for me was I used Affirm to purchase their product. I had to file a dispute with Affirm and God bless them because that’s how I got my money back. If you look this company up, they’ve changed names a couple of times and they are not a member of any better business Bureau but they’ve been hammered truly hammered about their customer service and their product as well and had I known that I would’ve never purchased in the first place, but since I know, I’m trying to get out there to do business with this company .They are thief’s.
