Super cute and comfy! The skates are gorgeous and ride effortlessly. The online photos don't do them justice. The color is SO vibrant! They'll need "breaking in" like any other new shoe would, but they seem comfortable on my feet and fit well. My only complaint is I ordered during a free skate strap giveaway and didn't recieve my strap with my order.

Stole my return I returned skates 2 months ago after paying their return ship fee by invoice and they have not provided my refund AND will not respond to me or the better business bureau. I confirmed the skates were returned per package tracking. They were not worn and were received within the return period.

They listened to customer feedback and… They listened to customer feedback and brought sold out skates back in stock! Customer service was always quick to respond and thorough. I'm thrilled to have the exact color combination skates that I wanted and they're comfy too. Good quality.

I was missing some laces but they sent those within days to me with the bag that was out of stock, which they notified me right away when they had them again good thing cause they had special on them. I was excited for my purchase to… I was excited for my purchase to arrive. It has arrived but I am missing two items that we're ordered. When I made the purchase I was given a 2-5 day window to receive however it took longer than that. I do want to purchase another pair but do not want to have issues again like this current order.
