I was missing some laces but they sent those within days to me with the bag that was out of stock, which they notified me right away when they had them again good thing cause they had special on them. Never shipped my skates Never shipped my skates. Never responded to emails. I finally just canceled my payment through PayPal. I don’t recommend this site at all. I think it’s a giant scam.

Super cute and comfy! The skates are gorgeous and ride effortlessly. The online photos don't do them justice. The color is SO vibrant! They'll need "breaking in" like any other new shoe would, but they seem comfortable on my feet and fit well. My only complaint is I ordered during a free skate strap giveaway and didn't recieve my strap with my order.

Great everything! The skates and accessories were a great price, came within the week of ordering, even with the hurricane happening in that area, and they were way more comfy than any other skate i have ever worn. Perfect fit, extra cushioning where it needs to be and so smooth to ride. Worst thing is trying to choose which color style i wanted the most.

Great Customer Service and Products This ended up being an all around good experience. After a week I reached out because my order only showed that a label was created and no other updates. They got back to me within an hour and said that it usually means the order has been lost by FedEx. The promptly sent out a whole new order and I received it within a few days.
