Great everything! The skates and accessories were a great price, came within the week of ordering, even with the hurricane happening in that area, and they were way more comfy than any other skate i have ever worn. Perfect fit, extra cushioning where it needs to be and so smooth to ride. Worst thing is trying to choose which color style i wanted the most.

Worst customer service ever I have no idea how these people who wrote positive reviews got a response from customer service. I’ve emailed multiple times. I’m sent DMs on their social media. I’ve filled out the form on the website. Crickets. No response. My order was wrong. They sent a defective product. There is no way to contact them to get it corrected. This is the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. I’ll never order from Foxy again.

Satisfied Customer Satisfied customer, Foxy Skates got my skates to me really fast. I was missing some laces but they sent those within days to me with the bag that was out of stock, which they notified me right away when they had them again good thing cause they had special on them. Customer service was awesome they answered and accomplished my order with no problems or delays. Thank you

Never shipped my skates Never shipped my skates. Never responded to emails. I finally just canceled my payment through PayPal. I don’t recommend this site at all. I think it’s a giant scam.

This company is a scam This company is a scam! I ordered skates two months ago and still have not received. They emailed me one time and said and I quote “oops, so sorry hun looks like your package got lost in transit, this happens all the time, I’ll ship you another one today”. I emailed them back and asked for the tracking number no response. I emailed them back telling them I support them I just need my tracking number, they still didn’t respond. I filed a claim with PayPal and got my money back. PayPal said they didn’t respond to them either. What a waste.
