Satisfied Customer Satisfied customer, Foxy Skates got my skates to me really fast. I was missing some laces but they sent those within days to me with the bag that was out of stock, which they notified me right away when they had them again good thing cause they had special on them. Customer service was awesome they answered and accomplished my order with no problems or delays. Thank you

Do Foxy Skates have a No Contact Customer Policy? This is 2024 and Foxy Skates’ customer service is compare to the dark ages. January 31st Foxy received my order and money. February 10th found out skates was on back order until March 22nd. February 11th Foxy gave me the option to pick another style. March 4th still HAVE NOT received tracking info and I have contacted Foxy over 8 times including FaceBook messenger. No response. Do not do business with this company. It’s not worth the headache.

Great Customer Service I ordered the wrong size on accident and reached out to customer service as soon as I noticed. They were SUPER nice and helpful! They made sure I was sent the right size and were so kind about my mistake. The skates fit perfectly and they’re absolutely beautiful! I can’t wait to start learning a few tricks now that I have skates that aren’t so old the ball bearings are falling out 😂

Customer service I haven’t received my skates yet but the customer service alone has been amazing. The response time and kindness shown has been so comforting knowing I’m being taken care of!

Super cute and comfy! The skates are gorgeous and ride effortlessly. The online photos don't do them justice. The color is SO vibrant! They'll need "breaking in" like any other new shoe would, but they seem comfortable on my feet and fit well. My only complaint is I ordered during a free skate strap giveaway and didn't recieve my strap with my order.
