They listened to customer feedback and… They listened to customer feedback and brought sold out skates back in stock! Customer service was always quick to respond and thorough. I'm thrilled to have the exact color combination skates that I wanted and they're comfy too. Good quality.

Never shipped my skates Never shipped my skates. Never responded to emails. I finally just canceled my payment through PayPal. I don’t recommend this site at all. I think it’s a giant scam.

Great Customer Service and Products This ended up being an all around good experience. After a week I reached out because my order only showed that a label was created and no other updates. They got back to me within an hour and said that it usually means the order has been lost by FedEx. The promptly sent out a whole new order and I received it within a few days.

Do Foxy Skates have a No Contact Customer Policy? This is 2024 and Foxy Skates’ customer service is compare to the dark ages. January 31st Foxy received my order and money. February 10th found out skates was on back order until March 22nd. February 11th Foxy gave me the option to pick another style. March 4th still HAVE NOT received tracking info and I have contacted Foxy over 8 times including FaceBook messenger. No response. Do not do business with this company. It’s not worth the headache.

Worst customer service ever I have no idea how these people who wrote positive reviews got a response from customer service. I’ve emailed multiple times. I’m sent DMs on their social media. I’ve filled out the form on the website. Crickets. No response. My order was wrong. They sent a defective product. There is no way to contact them to get it corrected. This is the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. I’ll never order from Foxy again.
