GBSkates are good. Shipping took a while. Customer service needs so improvement. The skates fit great and seem comfy (though the break feels a little too short or like it is too high up, we'll see how that goes when I use them). HOWEVER, they took over 2 weeks to ship (unlike what it is stated in their FAQ section). They took some time to answer my emails (in fact what got a response what the 'contact us' form on their website). I was informed that I purchased a pre-sale item in response after repeated inquiries, thus the delay, but that was not informed to me in the description of the item at the time of making the purchase nor on the confirmation emails. Despite late, they arrived in good condition (the box was pretty banged up though) and in the color and sizing I had ordered them.

GBNever shipped my skates Never shipped my skates. Never responded to emails. I finally just canceled my payment through PayPal. I don’t recommend this site at all. I think it’s a giant scam.

GBWill purchase again. The skates are wonderful and have excellent padding and wheels. Bought the royal red and the red is amazing, exactly as pictured. It did take some time to receive the skates from purchase date (website did not say they would be a pre-order), took about a month but sent an email and received a prompt response from their team on what was going on so I do appreciate that. Well worth the wait for the quality and will purchase a different color in the future.

GBIf I could use zero stars I would If I could use zero stars I would. This company said they shipped my skates through FedEx and sent me a tracking number. OK. I waited about two weeks and the tracking number never updated that it had arrived at the FedEx facility. At this point, I want my money back. I asked for a refund through email since that’s the only form of contact that they give you. Nobody said a word to me. They emailed me asking me to review the crap that they never sent and never took the time to say hey we’ll issue a refund since you didn’t get the product. They ghosted me. They had my money and oh well. The saving grace for me was I used Affirm to purchase their product. I had to file a dispute with Affirm and God bless them because that’s how I got my money back. If you look this company up, they’ve changed names a couple of times and they are not a member of any better business Bureau but they’ve been hammered truly hammered about their customer service and their product as well and had I known that I would’ve never purchased in the first place, but since I know, I’m trying to get out there to do business with this company .They are thief’s.

GBThey listened to customer feedback and… They listened to customer feedback and brought sold out skates back in stock! Customer service was always quick to respond and thorough. I'm thrilled to have the exact color combination skates that I wanted and they're comfy too. Good quality.
