GBRegardless of the issues customer service has been amazing I was unfortunately sent the wrong color/style skates and had noticed that one of the trucks was loose on the right foot. I contacted the company and they immediately sent me a printable prepaid shipping return label. I just shipped them back yesterday and I'm currently awaiting the correct style that I ordered originally. So far contact with customer service has been amazing, and I'm eagerly awaiting my new skates from Fox Skates. I will update my review once I receive them! 😁

GBGreat Customer Service I ordered the wrong size on accident and reached out to customer service as soon as I noticed. They were SUPER nice and helpful! They made sure I was sent the right size and were so kind about my mistake. The skates fit perfectly and they’re absolutely beautiful! I can’t wait to start learning a few tricks now that I have skates that aren’t so old the ball bearings are falling out 😂

GBSkates are good. Shipping took a while. Customer service needs so improvement. The skates fit great and seem comfy (though the break feels a little too short or like it is too high up, we'll see how that goes when I use them). HOWEVER, they took over 2 weeks to ship (unlike what it is stated in their FAQ section). They took some time to answer my emails (in fact what got a response what the 'contact us' form on their website). I was informed that I purchased a pre-sale item in response after repeated inquiries, thus the delay, but that was not informed to me in the description of the item at the time of making the purchase nor on the confirmation emails. Despite late, they arrived in good condition (the box was pretty banged up though) and in the color and sizing I had ordered them.

GBGreat Customer Service and Products This ended up being an all around good experience. After a week I reached out because my order only showed that a label was created and no other updates. They got back to me within an hour and said that it usually means the order has been lost by FedEx. The promptly sent out a whole new order and I received it within a few days.

GBStole my return I returned skates 2 months ago after paying their return ship fee by invoice and they have not provided my refund AND will not respond to me or the better business bureau. I confirmed the skates were returned per package tracking. They were not worn and were received within the return period.
