GBWorst customer service ever I have no idea how these people who wrote positive reviews got a response from customer service. I’ve emailed multiple times. I’m sent DMs on their social media. I’ve filled out the form on the website. Crickets. No response. My order was wrong. They sent a defective product. There is no way to contact them to get it corrected. This is the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. I’ll never order from Foxy again.

GBSuper cute and comfy! The skates are gorgeous and ride effortlessly. The online photos don't do them justice. The color is SO vibrant! They'll need "breaking in" like any other new shoe would, but they seem comfortable on my feet and fit well. My only complaint is I ordered during a free skate strap giveaway and didn't recieve my strap with my order.

GBIf I could use zero stars I would If I could use zero stars I would. This company said they shipped my skates through FedEx and sent me a tracking number. OK. I waited about two weeks and the tracking number never updated that it had arrived at the FedEx facility. At this point, I want my money back. I asked for a refund through email since that’s the only form of contact that they give you. Nobody said a word to me. They emailed me asking me to review the crap that they never sent and never took the time to say hey we’ll issue a refund since you didn’t get the product. They ghosted me. They had my money and oh well. The saving grace for me was I used Affirm to purchase their product. I had to file a dispute with Affirm and God bless them because that’s how I got my money back. If you look this company up, they’ve changed names a couple of times and they are not a member of any better business Bureau but they’ve been hammered truly hammered about their customer service and their product as well and had I known that I would’ve never purchased in the first place, but since I know, I’m trying to get out there to do business with this company .They are thief’s.

GBRegardless of the issues customer service has been amazing I was unfortunately sent the wrong color/style skates and had noticed that one of the trucks was loose on the right foot. I contacted the company and they immediately sent me a printable prepaid shipping return label. I just shipped them back yesterday and I'm currently awaiting the correct style that I ordered originally. So far contact with customer service has been amazing, and I'm eagerly awaiting my new skates from Fox Skates. I will update my review once I receive them! 😁

GBGreat everything! The skates and accessories were a great price, came within the week of ordering, even with the hurricane happening in that area, and they were way more comfy than any other skate i have ever worn. Perfect fit, extra cushioning where it needs to be and so smooth to ride. Worst thing is trying to choose which color style i wanted the most.
