GBLack of Communication I placed an order as a Christmas gift. Per the website, the skates should have shipped in about five days; well, it took 16 days because the skates were -- unbeknownst to me -- on backorder. My biggest issue was the lack of communication, didn't know the skates were on backorder until I had emailed the company four times inquiring about the skates, especially since I had received two requests for a review. I truthfully thought I had been scammed; not a good look.

GBGreat everything! The skates and accessories were a great price, came within the week of ordering, even with the hurricane happening in that area, and they were way more comfy than any other skate i have ever worn. Perfect fit, extra cushioning where it needs to be and so smooth to ride. Worst thing is trying to choose which color style i wanted the most.

GBStellar Customer Service I ordered the black skates from the OG collection not realizing that they were pre-order. I emailed over the weekend from the contact us page about when I should expect them and that Sunday I received an email offering my other options. I selected a new pair and they were shipped out as soon as I choose another pair. I received them very quickly and I can't wait to use them. I'll definitely be ordering another pair.

GBThis company is a scam This company is a scam! I ordered skates two months ago and still have not received. They emailed me one time and said and I quote “oops, so sorry hun looks like your package got lost in transit, this happens all the time, I’ll ship you another one today”. I emailed them back and asked for the tracking number no response. I emailed them back telling them I support them I just need my tracking number, they still didn’t respond. I filed a claim with PayPal and got my money back. PayPal said they didn’t respond to them either. What a waste.

GBWorst customer service ever I have no idea how these people who wrote positive reviews got a response from customer service. I’ve emailed multiple times. I’m sent DMs on their social media. I’ve filled out the form on the website. Crickets. No response. My order was wrong. They sent a defective product. There is no way to contact them to get it corrected. This is the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. I’ll never order from Foxy again.
