Never shipped my skates Never shipped my skates. Never responded to emails. I finally just canceled my payment through PayPal. I don’t recommend this site at all. I think it’s a giant scam.

Satisfied Customer Satisfied customer, Foxy Skates got my skates to me really fast. I was missing some laces but they sent those within days to me with the bag that was out of stock, which they notified me right away when they had them again good thing cause they had special on them. Customer service was awesome they answered and accomplished my order with no problems or delays. Thank you

This company is a scam This company is a scam! I ordered skates two months ago and still have not received. They emailed me one time and said and I quote “oops, so sorry hun looks like your package got lost in transit, this happens all the time, I’ll ship you another one today”. I emailed them back and asked for the tracking number no response. I emailed them back telling them I support them I just need my tracking number, they still didn’t respond. I filed a claim with PayPal and got my money back. PayPal said they didn’t respond to them either. What a waste.

Stellar Customer Service I ordered the black skates from the OG collection not realizing that they were pre-order. I emailed over the weekend from the contact us page about when I should expect them and that Sunday I received an email offering my other options. I selected a new pair and they were shipped out as soon as I choose another pair. I received them very quickly and I can't wait to use them. I'll definitely be ordering another pair.
