It arrived way sooner than expected, and oh my God, you would have thought it was Christmas. Thanks to the durability and apparent “awesomeness” of Braille, my son has now managed to keep everyone awake by learning every trick known to man. The only critique I would give is this …”Be aware that your new hand board will occupy you so much that you will refuse to eat the dinner your mother/father worked all day to prepare, so you will end up eating Macaroni and Cheese 4 nights in a row”.

Very helpful customer service So I had a shipping issue, the shoes I ordered wouldn’t arrive to the address I shipped before our family left for holiday. I communicated with Melissa P. Ordered 2 of these for granddaughters… Ordered 2 of these for granddaughters for Christmas on 11/29. The site said 5-8 day shipping, but we just received them on 12/14. One of the boards was not complete. One of the wheel apparatus was completely off the board (thank God screws and nuts were in bottom of box) and the other wheel apparatus was not secure on board. Thankfully my husband was able to finish putting board together...hopefully correctly! I ordered from this company because they seemed to be professional skateboard company....I was disappointed in careless construction of “completed” board.
