My son's first board This year is my son's 10th birthday and it shares the same week that Christmas falls on. After finding Braille videos on Facebook my son and I got into watching them together. He doesn't know it yet but he's getting his first skateboard which I know he's going to love. Especially since his friend just got a board recently. The Braille team inspires activity and as a father I appreciate that. The ready-to-ride board we got was high quality and and the customer service was fantastic! Seems too good to be true I ordered a bundle, checking off many items on my son's Christmas list. I kept thinking this seems too good to be true. But it all arrived this week and looks great. I can not wait to give it to him. The only down, would be I kept checking for an order confirmation email, and an email communicating it had been shipped. I never saw any. I was worried my son would see the delivery. Thank you for putting together this great bundle and putting out great content so that my skateboarding son continues to work hard at his craft, and loves you, and wants to wear your brand.

Amazing customer service I got a defective product, and was IMMEDIATELY met with the best customer service I have ever received in the skateboard industry. Problem was resolved with no obstacle or hassle. Only been a customer a few times, but products AND service, so far, so good 👍

Excellent Communication Our first Andy Anderson deck was sadly stolen so we replaced it with a new one! I am so impressed with the communication for alerting to when special items like these are on sale. I was able to very confidently and patiently wait to get the invitation to order.
