Their videos are great for learning skateboarding and learning tricks. Their idea is that anyone can learn how to skateboard and their service and tools make it easy to take the leap and try a fun and often misunderstood sport/hobby. It took longer than expected but I can overlook that considering the top tier quality of these shoes and I can't forget the hand signed card from Aaron Kyro himself! Of course, customer support was always friendly and patient, answering all my questions and helping out to the best of their abilities. Will definitely be buying more Braille products!

Robby was beyond amazing encouraging each of our kids during their lesson- he even taught our 5 year old how to Ollie! A bunch of the Braille team stopped by and were the most welcoming crew. Would recommend a lesson with Robby a thousand times over- your skills will improve ten fold and it’ll be an experience you’ll never forget :)

Perfect On Braille's Side Overall the ordering process and product are great, the only issue I had was with shipping. For some reason FedEx is really unreliable in my area (Rural Oklahoma) and I got my package a few days late, so maybe a different shipping option like UPS would help? Other than that no complaints!

Amazing customer service I got a defective product, and was IMMEDIATELY met with the best customer service I have ever received in the skateboard industry. Problem was resolved with no obstacle or hassle. Only been a customer a few times, but products AND service, so far, so good 👍
